The MSM should hope the President doesn't hold another prime time news conference soon.....because watching this, I'm really starting to despise the MSM "journalists".
I doubt I'm alone.

Euthanasia, our children and grandchildren will be compelled to kill us. They already practice this in the Netherlands to a degree.

What I loved was that he said Congress has private accounts (TSP)--so if it's good for Congress why not for non-governmental workers? YESSS!!!

I know what they are; I just wonder if they really TRY to make their questions as loaded as they can. Imagine.

President Bush is talking about Iraq again after being asked (again) how bad things are going, etc, etc, etc, and especially about withdrawing American troops. The President - once again - is patiently going over what needs to happen first - and that our number of troops has been reduced. Now follow up question - is the number of our troops there limiting our options in other parts of the world - such as in Korea, Iran. Sheesh. President Bush - gets the information on this is from the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs - he says no. (New Chairman of Joing Chiefs is a Marine by the way).
P.S. I really enjoy the live threads when I am cubicle bound but I do appreciate getting the facts also. So this is for all who are at work right now and only able to read what is happening.....but enjoy the smiles along the way if you can. Skimming is a also good skill.

I don't know. I don't trust this thing now. You make it sound as if they will place less of my SS money in my private account. This is no good.Wait. You mean at some time as a conservative you trusted Social Security to be a good thing? It never was and never will be. A conservative leadership would lay the groundwork for getting rid of it altogether, not promising semi-private 'investment accounts'
