Reuters wrote recently on a study about teenagers and oral sex. A survey of 580 14- and 15-year olds found 20 percent had engaged in oral sex compared with 14 percent who admitted they had engaged in sexual intercourse. A third said they intended to have oral sex within the next six months, and a majority said they believe oral sex is not sex and not as risky as intercourse.
But just because they think that doesn't make it so. If oral sex wasn't sex, it wouldn't have sex in its name. And as health authorities note, teenagers underestimate their risk of transmitting or contracting herpes, hepatitis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis and HIV through oral sex.
"Given the suggestion that adolescents do not view oral sex as sex and see oral sex as a way of preserving their virginity while still gaining intimacy and sexual pleasure, they are likely to interpret sexual health messages as referring to vaginal sex," wrote lead author Bonnie Halpern-Felsher, a pediatrician at the University of California, San Francisco. "Adolescents also believed that oral sex is more acceptable than vaginal sex for adolescents their own age in both dating and nondating situations, oral sex is less of a threat to their values and beliefs, and more of their peers will have oral sex than vaginal sex in the near future."
But Reuters failed to explain this phenomenon, why otherwise intelligent teenagers don't believe than something called "oral sex" is not sex.
Reuters did not name the person who deserves all the credit for putting the idea in young minds that oral sex among consenting 14-year-olds is morally acceptable, is safer than intercourse and does not constitute "sexual relations." Thanks, Bill, for putting so many children at risk and for making parenting so much more difficult.
The only GIFT that Clinton gave America, was PROOF that crime in the White House, PAYS!!!!

The Clintons will never look better than when they are enbalmed.
CLASS. The boy's got a lot of class.
All LOW.
According to the definition established, Clinton did indeed have sex with her. It involved much more than him just getting a Lewinsky.
Clinton Denies, While Lewinsky Tells All
22 September, 1998

(CNS) President Clinton yesterday denied to the world that he lied about having a sexual relationship with Monica Lewinsky, but the former White House intern's grand jury testimony paints a picture of a mutual sexual relationship.
Clinton's videotaped testimony to the grand jury and 3,183 pages of evidence, including Lewinsky's testimony, were released to the public yesterday by the House Judiciary Committee.
The president was able to deny having sex with Lewinsky by using a narrow definition.
Referring to his testimony in the Paula Jones' case, Clinton said when he denied having sex, he was relying on a definition of sex that meant touching specific body parts, and if Lewinsky performed oral sex, he only touched her lips, which are not on the list of body parts.
However, sexual relations do cover any touching by Clinton of Lewinsky's breasts or genitalia, which she claimed happened on several occasions.
Lewinsky said during her testimony that during a visit to the White House on March 29, 1997, President Clinton put his hand down her pants and stimulated her manually. "And did he bring you to orgasm," an attorney asked the intern. "Yes, four times," Lewinsky replied.
During several of their encounters, Lewinsky testified that the president kissed her breasts. On one occasion, Clinton kissed Lewinsky's breasts and she unbuttoned his shirt. Clinton sucked in his stomach as Lewinsky kissed his chest, and remarked that his chest was cute, according to her testimony.
Sometimes during their encounters, Lewinsky testified she would bite her hand to keep from crying with pleasure and other times Clinton would put his hand over her mouth to mute her cries.
While visiting the Oval Office study, Lewinsky testified she would perform oral sex on the president while he sat in his rocking chair.
However, Clinton would not confirm in the video that Lewinsky performed oral sex, but said that even if she had, he hadn't lied because it wasn't sex as normal Americans define it.
First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton unknowingly interrupted by phone call one of her husband's first sexual encounters with Lewinsky in 1995.
However, the president never answered any questions directly regarding touching Lewinsky's breasts or genitalia, but he did imply that he didn't touch her there.
Clinton's testimony during the Jones case may be released in video form from Congress soon. Yesterday, the judge in the Jones case turned over the tape to the House Judiciary Committee, according to published reports.
"I wanted to be legal without being particularly helpful," Clinton said during yesterday's taped testimony regarding his denial of sex in his Jones testimony. "I said things that were true," Clinton said. "They may have been misleading."
Clinton said during yesterday's televised testimony the he did not tell Lewinsky to lie when she denied having sex with the president in her sworn affidavit in the Jones case. Even though Lewinsky said she lied when she made that statement, Clinton said that technically she was correct.
The couple also engaged in phone sex, according to notes by a Kenneth Starr aide who interviewed Lewinsky. Clinton took more control in the "conversations," and became more active verbally, especially after October 22, 1996.
The phone sex happened at all hours of the day and night. After a phone sex session at 6:30 a.m. Clinton told Lewinsky, "Good morning, what a way to start the day," according to her testimony. Lewinsky also said Clinton was a night owl who regularly called her between 2 and 2:30 a.m.
After attending a memorial service for Admiral Jeremy Boorda, who committed suicide, Clinton called Lewinsky for phone sex, according to her testimony.
The president even called for phone sex while in Florida on his way to Bosnia and at other times, usually when the First Lady was out of town.
Lewinsky said the president once told her he didn't want to have too much sex or he would become addicted to her and would want her all the time.
