I have time to type out a short update before my sponge bath:

I have my brace now so everytime I get ouy of bed, I have to put it on.
I asked the doctor this morning about when my PT was going to start. He said that since I have cheated my get out of bed date by four days, I'll start tomorrow.

The pain killers, including the morphine, I've shut off as of yesterday. My head is beginning to clear, and by this time tomorrow the dope will be gone, along with the extreme nasuae, I hope!
If not, then I'm pregnant, 'cause this is the worst morning sickness I've ever had.

Frustration is my name today!
Staggered to the computer this morning, and there was no dial tone for me to get to FR!! Just as well, since I had to go to Aiken.
In the afternoon, BellSouth Central Service sent a local very nice fellow to repair it, and what a blessing it is to live in a small town!
Introduced himself pleasantly as Steve ____, one of the many _____boys! LOL

The problems were many-fold - one of the three phones bad (but we had an old spare one to replace it); the wire under the house (he had to crawl down there twice) had to be fixed; the so-called jack in my bedroom was a shell of one with Wal-Mart wires, frayed - one mickey-moused by the former owner - and the last one was not covered by our insurance.

"You folks don't need any more aggravation, so I'll not charge you for it, marking it down as "frayed wire!"
Thank you, Lord, for sending one of yours....

Four days ahead of schedule?!!!! Wow!!!! Your are doing GRRRRReat T.C. About the nausea, it's probably a combination anesthesia/Morphine. They should be giving you something for it. Ask. No sense in being pregnant unless you want to get in the Guiness Book of Records or Unexplained Mysteries.

Urgent prayers, Lord, for you to remove the nausea from T.C. Thank you in Jesus' name. Amen.

Once you get over the nausea and get movin' again, find out where the pretty nurses have lunch......keep movin'!

Hope the nausea does go away or perhaps you may chose to tell the Doc to write you an Order for anti nausea meds that don't have the loopy side effects.
