Prayers for TexasCowboy!

TexasCowboy has been using his hip injury as an excuse to prevent his friends from shooting his new riot gun.

Well some of us offered to take a look at it for him and he decided both a proffesional and sober opinion might make more sense.

So he found a coupon and now he is going to let some old saw-bones cut on him.

Probably a better idea than letting us do it, but a few folks feelings are still hurt!

Please all say a prayer for our Cowboy that he is back in the saddle again real soon.

It's been five days since the last report. Do you have any news since then? Wondering if T.C. got out of the hospital yet. I've been out for a few days for a Gall Bladder removal myself. Continuing prayers for T.C.

UPDATE......

Well TC was home over the weekend, but this Monday, he once again had difficulty breathing, so he was readmitted to the hospital. His lung was so full of fluid (2 1/2 qts was taken from it) that he was litterly drowning.

Today, they did a procedure where they insert a tube to drain fluid from the lung that continues to fill with fluid. One lung does not function at all anymore. The other is the one that is filling with fluid. In the procedure, they will attach an outside bag that the fluid can drain into and it will help him to breathe better. I think most of you know that the cancer is in both of his lungs.... thus the reason for the respiratory problems.

Our beloved friend is no longer climbing hills, he's trudging up the mountains. He still feels that if he can stay out of the hospital long enough, he'll be able to get into treatment even though it may not be the one originally planned. TC certainly isn't "giving up" and we should not either. He has overcome so many obstacles in his life.... and if anyone can pull this off... it's TC !!

Faith is having some problems also. Bottom line, they BOTH need your prayers.

He knows that we're all still out here for him... praying for him and for his love, his daughter Faith.

More as I hear (and I'm sorry, I didn't realize I hadn't put an update up for 5-6 days.)
