Blogosphere 1, Liberals 0 -- It is the borderlessness of the Internet that has made possible the release of the truth about the Liberals to the Canadian public. Yet we are still in a phase of change where the Liberals are able to harass and intimidate some Canadian blogs, such as NealeNews, into silence. At this point, it was the Americans who came to Canadians aid, by posting the information denied to Canadians on a number of American websites. |
Beat to Quarters (FR mentioned)
-- Captain's Quarters has really stirred up the Canadian blogosphere by carrying details of court testimony on a governmental scandal that is banned from publication in the Great White North. The scandal is about the use of Canadian government money, laundered through a private ad agency, to hire Liberal Party hacks, and is so serious it may catapault the Canadian conservatives into power. This incident marks one more step by the blogosphere into the realm of news generation as opposed to mere commentary. |
NASTY EMAIL RESPONSE from US Publication Ban Breaker [ 1, 2 ] |
The mother of all scandals straight ahead? | -- It won't explode here. It's too complicated for Canadians and the low-rate journalists that we've got in this country to explain it. There are too many chained links, the org-chart is too large, it's too convoluted. The Gomery Inquiry for example really started to take off when people heard about the envelope with $5,000 in cash in the restaurant. It has to be a scenario where people can picture what happened. Otherwise foghettaboutit. Unfortunately,....but for those in the know, this is big, very big. .. |

Money trail snares Quebec Liberals (Canada's Liberals' 'Adscam' corruption)
-- I was looking at the Globe and Mail on line for the past few days. I won't pay for their full editorial content, but the letters to the editor all seem to point to Harper wasting the government's time and taxpayer money on trying to have an unnecessary election. If this is truly representative of how Canadians feel, then Canada can be written off as a democracy. Everything was mean spirited Harper, plotting conservatives, conservatives wasting more money than the Liberlas in Adscam did by calling an election, 'scortched earth' politics on the part of conservatives, etc. |
Now that is very interesting!
Ernest, corruption is like vote fraud or euthanasia-- everyone, regardless of political orientation, should be deeply and keenly interested in keeping it in check.
Once you let it get a foothold, where do you say "enough is enough" and bring it to a halt?
The information I've collected here, and the ramifications of these:
-ADSCAM -- Canada's Corruption Scandal Breaks Wide Open--
-MP George Galloway- voice cries "peace," hand in Saddam's till...--
-"No Blood for Oil"- bribery & corruption worldwide--
...are mere tips of a great iceberg. Stay tuned...

Canada's House of Ill Repute |
Liberals are the worlds worst enemy.
The new Nazis. And I'm NOT kidding.
I'm inclined to agree- thanks for looking. Let's hope our Canadian friends do the right thing and demand the current band of thieves step aside.
Good conservative Canadians have been calling for this for a long time. Sadly, their calls have fallen on deaf ears.
The entitlement mentality of the no-nothing Canadians have allowed the leftist pols to take advantage of their greed and bamboozle their way into power.
I'm afraid Canada has to hit rock bottom before real change can begin.
I think we're there.
