Nicest compliment I've received in a long time.
"Extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice; moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue."
Y'all might want to be careful who you hang out with. If you are pro-God, pro-life, pro-family, pro-constitution, pro-Liberty, pro-America and post to FreeRepublic.com, you risk being labeled as an "extremist."
That puts you in the company of extremist folks like George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, Ben Franklin, & Co.
As extremists, "We must all hang together, or assuredly we shall all hang separately."
Speaking of quotes from our extremist forefathers, someone sent me these this morning:

Funny, state probate court judge, the state ruled that she dies, your arguement doesn't hold water.

You are correct. She got a trial & she, er "won". That said, where did the judge get the authority to make it criminal to give her anything by mouth?
Does your state register them?
No. The fact that both the plaintiffs and the defendants in the case were private citizens makes this trial, by definition, a civil trial. Therefore, no Constitutional right to a trial by jury.
Or, as Greer said, "The law in this case is that she dies."

Yep. That's my point. The legalistic arguments in favor of Greer/Michael Schiavo/the Courts/etc., I've seen remind me so much of the arguments used to defend Clinton.
