Just announced on FoxNews that the Schindler family will hold a press conference at 4:30 PM EST.
Rush felt the the President and the Governor had gone out of their way to do all that they could. He was not in favor of any move that would violate the law. He was just lighting in to the critics of Republicans (including other Republicans) when I broke away to watch creepy Felos (probably a mistake, since my skin is crawling).
Great analogy and sad representation of a culture that would actually entertain that either statement could possibly be true.
I also read MS is Lutheran (wonder what the Lutheran Church's position on starving people to death is?)
susie
Folks, remember, Terri didn't starve to death. She died of the effects of intentional dehydration (and maybe if she was lucky, a lot of the morphine she supposedly didn't need 'cause a PVS patient can't feel pain...yeah PVS my a$$...poor thing suffered horribly these last 13 days I have no doubt!) Remember that Bobby Sands lived for around 44 days with no food. Only water and possibly vitamin supplements (can't recall on the vits.)
(I don't know how to do it or I would)
Trying to start a pretty ugly rumor?
I'm not a Catholic, but I, like you, am proud to be a whack job.
"Sometime when I'm more placid I'll get the book and post an excerpt of a true story written by a protestant about mocking a priest (in this current situation, slapping down with vitriol an honorable one) and what happened to the mockers and why there was one lone survivor in the bunch. That will have to await until another time. If anybody cares."
I'm intrigued. Please ping me if you post this story. :)
IF this were a case that the media whores supported- we would have had Jodi splashed all over the TV-being interviewed and analyzed. But because this is seen by the media as a "religious right" cause we don't even get the info about the Judge and the fact he allowed breaking the law in his courtroom discussed.
I wear those appellations with pride.
The Schindler press conference was great. They were extremely classy and gracious. I'm proud of them.
Well, as of 14 days ago I can't place much faith in the protocol set forth by of the State of Florida.
Please, suit yourself. Constitution be damned. I think it already has been, anyway. Hey, pity is okay, its the ugly hate filled venom that scares the middleground.
It was a very short press conference. Cited scripture. mentioned Jesus' words about forgiving them because they know not what they do. Interesting since that is the same scripture I was drawn to a few days ago.
I'm not there yet, though. I'm full of such shame and anger for what my country has done. My people have asked be done.
In order to turn this to good we've got to forgive, but I'm currently in mourning.
"Well, as of 14 days ago I can't place much faith in the protocol set forth by of the State of Florida."
But this time, as opposed to the initial trial, the eyes of the world are on that medical examiner's office, so hopefully the truth will all come out.
He went crazy again with the graphic description of the breathing and the skin and....Why all these public details and at the end, he says for privacy reasons he won't talk about the emotions of Schiavo.
Because in my view there were no emotions at all...
That gang of ghouls is sickening.
I'm sure the officer said something to the effect that he was just obeying orders...
Heard it? Yes. Offensive as can be, it hurt my ears for crying out loud.
