The Pinellas Park PD and the county sheriff are not under the command of the Governor, though the state police are. But they can enforce an arrest warrant anywhere from Pensacola to Key West. Had Jeb Bush used the state police or the National Guard to overwhelm the local cops, there is no doubt the Florida Supreme Court would have backed up Greer's dictates and commanded the state police to arrest the governor. The state officers and the National Guard would then have had to choose sides, especially if the Democrats and the RINOs in the Florida Legislature did not support Jeb Bush. Unfortunately, not all police or soldiers are pro-life conservatives and may believe in the "rule of (left wing) law" the liberals and the RINOs (including some FReepers) babble about.
Jeb Bush bailed out rather than confront the judicial tyrants. For the sake of freedom, some better man than he will have to do so, irrespective of the consequences.

Oh, the politicians will stand up to a judge, when they really *want* to.
Take Judge Roy Moore for example; where is HE now? 'eh, Mud?

God rest her soul. May God have mercy on those like Randall Terri who have shamelessly attached themselves to her corpse.

Come, come. It wasn't their business.
This is too clearly a state issue. Jeb Bush is the one who failed, as well as the Florida courts. The case should have been reviewed if ever a case should have been. Jebb had the constitutional authority and duty to take guardianship of Terri since the Courts would not remove the adulterous husband with murderous intent.
The intrigues, tyranny, calumnies, twisted medical lies must be brought to light. This murder mustn't go unpunished, uncorrected. Else we may bid our liberties and rights farewell. If we act not now, then never.

What a beautiful tribute. Thank you!

Randall Terry will be in need of God's mercy, as will you and I. However, he was in the right in this matter, and the liberals and RINOs were wrong.
To: cyborg
I truly hope you are right, cyborg... if not we are headed towards the road to hell.

You're pathetic!!! I didn't realize that a dead girl should be the butt of a good joke...
After looking over most of your posts, I think you can do everyone a favor.... Even if you are a republican, please just vote democrat next election... please!! It would be so nice to be able to NOT claim you as one of ours...

Michael Shiavo's denial of all therapy and treatments to her post judgment show his intent: he was hoping for a speedy demise of his wife. The lack of funds now, 10+ years later, are more a result of his battles with the parents than his graciousness toward his wife and her predicament.
If you dig a little you will see that attorneys fees are the bulk of his (MShiavo's) expenses and Judge Greer has allowed his dipping from this account for these charges.
Time has a way of clarifying things and my gut tells me this fellow ain't no saint...
Let's hope justice prevails as a life has failed...

Rest in Peace, Angel.
You were murdered in front of the entire world.
We will never forget you, and not allow you to have died in vain.

This was a state matter. However, the problem of judicial overreach plagues the Federal system as well as the states.

Any he may have dreamed of. I honestly believe that Jeb was planning on retiring from elected office this year. IF our '08 candidate loses, he might have been interested in running for president in '12, but I don't think that's going to happen either. I think he's ready to earn some real money.
