I've been "trying it on for size" for the past two weeks. I think that if I were Mary Shindler, I would have done something drastic ten days ago. I'm not criticizing her for exercising restraint. I just don't think that I could have done it myself.
I believe her father asked for the money the court awarded Terri because Michael had suspended care for her dental and other treatments. He was only trying to protect Terri. Get your facts straight...Listen to both sides. As a parent, that makes perfect sense to me. You see your son in law, married to your daughter in name only, spending feverishly and not providing care the money was meant for...I'm surprised the Schindlers held their own as gracefully as they did. I would not have.

There was was once a great nation.
Who used to follow God's Law.
Then one day this nation
Decided that man's law was better.
And caught in the web was a helpless women.

I wouldn't vote for Jeb Bush for dogcatcher. I still strongly support his brother, but I feel Jeb handled this very badly, and if he can't handle a case like this effectively, then he doesn't need a higher office, imho.

There's a lot of starving people in the world. Perhaps we should end their sufffering because it's diminishing their souls. Send 'em back to God, right? Ethiopia? Never again. Indonesia? Let 'em drown. Their lives are impoverished and miserable. God's mercy worked fabulously in Stalin's Russia.

God also says that we must Love, Honor and Cherish our spouses and FORSAKE all others. Having two children with a woman that is NOT his wife and living with her as man and wife for 10 years is NOT in any Gods commandment that I know of. Unless it's some pagan God that liberals tend to cleave too.
Michael should have had no right to make decisions for the life of the women he was cheating. I will also remind you that cheating is not only against Gods law but it is against man's law.
