After much hard work that has gone on for well over a year, it's been a week and 2 days since Terri has been without food and hydration.
Many asking the question how we could have become such a callous society as to deny a helpless human the basic necessity of food and water.
Terri's plight has brought to light many problems in the judicial system and opened our eyes to the fact that some laws need to be changed.
The work will continue to protect helpless individuals from suffering the same injustice as Terri.
The corruption is eye opening and frightening!

Is anyone even going to be there? I thought after the vote to try to help Terri, the passed a resolution to join the senate and adjourn until the 4th. Will committees still meet?
You know what irks me the most is that they say she's dying peacefully and painlessly yet she's on MORPHINE now! I think there's a lot here we're not being told and what we are being told is lies. Shame on America and our courts.

Why not a Florida boycott. The entire Florida judicial system covered for Greer. I'm not excusing the 11th or the Supreme, but my focus is on the state of Florida, not just Clearwater. I joined the boycott last week. Sure, my little voice probably won't change anything against so many who haven't a clue as to the truth behind this case, but it's one thing I can do.
Look at this! Greer is a member in good standing but not eligible to practice law in Florida! Have we discussed the ramifications of this if htere are any?
If Greer is unable to practice law in Florida how in the world is he allowed to run for judge?

RULE 1-3.4 CLER DELINQUENT MEMBERS AND CLER EXEMPT MEMBERS
(a) CLER Delinquent Members. Any member who is suspended by reason of failure to complete continuing legal education requirements shall be deemed a delinquent member. A delinquent member shall not engage in the practice of law in this state and shall not be entitled to any privileges and benefits accorded to members of The Florida Bar in good standing. Any member suspended for failure to complete continuing legal education requirements may be reinstated as elsewhere provided in these rules.
(b) CLER Exempt Members. Any member who is exempt from continuing legal education requirements (see rule 6-10.3(c)) shall not engage in the practice of law in this state; provided, however, that a member exempt from continuing legal education requirements by reason of active military service may practice law in Florida if required to do so as a part of assigned military duties.
RULE 6-10.3 MINIMUM CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION STANDARDS
(a) Applicability. Every member except those exempt under rule 6-10.3(c)(4) and (5) shall comply and report compliance with the continuing legal education requirement.
(b) Minimum Hourly Continuing Legal Education Requirements. Each member shall complete a minimum of 30 credit hours of approved continuing legal education activity every 3 years. Five of the 30 hours must be in approved legal ethics, professionalism, substance abuse, or mental illness awareness programs. Courses offering credit in professionalism must be approved by the center for professionalism. These 5 hours are to be included in, and not in addition to, the regular 30-hour requirement. If a member completes more than 30 hours during any reporting cycle, the excess credits cannot be carried over to the next reporting cycle.
(c) Exemptions.

I can give you an answer that they would maybe give you:
They would say something like that although they believe her consciousness cannot register pain, her body still behaves as if it were in distress, and the morphine is there to ease the breathing problems (like codeine cough medicine when you have bronchitis) and sooth the automatic processes so she slips more easily into death.
At hospices, their jobs are to ease people along into death. So they have developed protocols that make the process look less nasty, like using moisturizers on the skin and lips so the person doesn't end up looking like that poor woman that dehydrated in the hands of the scientologists. And the Florida law specifically lets them use drugs for this purpose - pallitives and pain relief are exempted from the things you can remove from the dying or the pvs person you are putting down.
This isn't anything special they are doing to Terri...this is based on the exit strategies they normally use, I believe. Most people who die in hospice die on the wings of morphine.

Good morning all and many prayers for Terri. We feel the same way. Drudge lost all my respect after he refused to post anything Terri, even said the MSM spent too much time on her. After it finally became big news, she was headlines on Drudge Report. Also, he implied Republicans were trying to save her for political reasons. He used her to make money, whats the difference?
Lucianne will no longer allow posts about Terri, says people are getting too emotional. Didn't seem to mind when people got emotional about the Clintons.
We still have FR and theempirejournal, thank God. If they turn, we'll just do without. Oh and Newsmax has been more than fair to Terri!

Michael is a sociopath, so he will LOVE, like Felos, the beauty of Terri's dehydrated body, BUT GREER NEEDS TO SEE WHAT HE IS CAUSING DUE TO HIS FAILURE TO EVEN ONCE INVESTIGATE THE HORRORS TERRI's GUARDIAN LAID UPON THIS HELPLESS LIFE SO LOVED BY HER FAMILY AND ALL OF US.

Somehow, I just don't believe that they will just give up their power that easily.
My mother and I were discussing my own personal dehydration near death experience yesterday in relation to Terri. I was into day four of dehydration, and was rushed to the hospital when it was obvious I was dying (we didn't know it was dehydration...long story). That was day four. The doctor said I would have been dead by morning if they hadn't rushed me in.
Either the Lord is doing something incredible with Terri or she is determined to hang on and show Michael a thing or two. Or both. GOD LOVE THIS WOMAN, SHE IS A HERO IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD!! Still praying hard.
FReepers down there need to form a 24 hour watch....following the ambulances, or vans that leave that facility via the right side of the bldg. They will use measures to try to fool whomever might follow...so probably a second or third vehicle will leave with her body after the 'fake' one takes off with police around it.
All need to be followed.
Let's find out where she is going.

HE DID NOT EVEN INSIST MICHAEL ATTEND ANY OF THE THREE DEPOSITIONS SET UP TO QUESTION HIM!
