After much hard work that has gone on for well over a year, it's been a week and 2 days since Terri has been without food and hydration.
Many asking the question how we could have become such a callous society as to deny a helpless human the basic necessity of food and water.
Terri's plight has brought to light many problems in the judicial system and opened our eyes to the fact that some laws need to be changed.
The work will continue to protect helpless individuals from suffering the same injustice as Terri.
Hell, I am waiting for the passionate discharge of duty.

I actually liked Jeb Bush better than George, a few years ago. I just don't see how he could be ignorant of the corruption in his own state. George may not have exercised his authority because of Jeb. If this was Clinton, we would be demanding an investigation.
I want a complete investigation of the state of Florida, from Judge Greer's office on up to the governor's office. Why was the Pinellas County GOP supporting Judge Greer? It sounds like there were a lot of coverups involving guardianship cases in Pinellas County. How far up did the coverup go? Why didn't the Florida DCF follow through years ago? Why didn't Bernie McCabe investigate, etc?
A lot has been uncovered the last few months. We need to demand an investigation by Congress. Florida is too corrupt to investigate itself.
Yes we need new judges, but we need a complete investigation into this travesty. Why couldn't the House get through a very reasonable bill that protected the rights of all the disabled? We need to demand that bill gets passed, then we don't have to depend on some rogue judge in some backwater state to purposely misapply a state law.
I agree, Saundra ... the minute our beloved Terri is released from her prison and has everlasting freedom, the Merchants of Death will be slammed into a prison of their own making, from which there is no escape, here or in the hereafter, unless they repent.

Well, that says a lot. Let's face it... it's not like Terri ran into much passion along the way.
I can't help but feel that Terri's life wasn't a concern to the judges- it was a mere pissing contest between branches...
We, the people, and our rights and voices are secondary to their battle over power...
