After much hard work that has gone on for well over a year, it's been a week and 2 days since Terri has been without food and hydration.
Many asking the question how we could have become such a callous society as to deny a helpless human the basic necessity of food and water.
Terri's plight has brought to light many problems in the judicial system and opened our eyes to the fact that some laws need to be changed.
The work will continue to protect helpless individuals from suffering the same injustice as Terri.
Eisenhower came in with Federal Troops to protect civil rights in the South. Even John Kennedy sent down Federal Troops. I believe with all my heart that Ronald Reagan would never have allowed a LOWLY CIRCUIT COURT JUDGE to deny Terri's constitutionally guaranteed right to life.

RS met with the Schindlers to offer support and prayers.
SH: Can say with confidence there's no hope left.
RS: Yes, the family has come to that too. Now just waiting for her to give up her struggle.
SH: Breathing was quite labored, she is going into an arrest.
RS: It's tragic to see someone die this way at the hands of the govt, the judiciary let us down.
SH: The judges placed themselves above the way, is congress going to take this?
RS: I hope not. State courts ended up with a death sentence for Terri. Individual rights were not protected. Arrogant district judge to snub clear statutory intent. He disobeyed the law. Fairly dangerous thing for a judge to do, sends wrong message to the people.
SH: What are ramifications?
RS: grounds for investigation by house of rep.; maybe impeachment.
SH: other remedies?
RS: pass another statute, broader applications. At some point we'll stop being a punching bag for another branch of govt. Ultimately we have to get common-sense judges on the courts. Courts have been loaded up to get the liberal agenda across.
The word "hospice" now has a whole new meaning. Besides meaning the care of terminally ill people it now means the murder of helpless people. God help us after this.

How has that Senate session shaped up? Anyone brought up the bill? What about the Atlanta federal court? Any developments there?

11th District turned down the appeal just a few minutes ago.
WEll that's one decision I made a few weeks ago. NO MORE FOX!!! In fact I won't be TV to gather my news anymore. We need news from a CHristian Perspective....and TRUTHFUL
The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atanta just denied the motion. The bill in the Fl senate is going nowhere.
The senate debated the mistreatment of cocks in cockfighting and declared officially Ceasar Chavez Day. The 11th Circuit has declined to hear the case.
Senate refuses to introduce bill, and the 11th turned down the appeal.
All avenues in this world have closed to Terri.
I think that's a BIG part of it.
Also, the repetition of the phrase "rule of law," within the context of "the judge has spoken." It's the libs who have so many Republicans conditioned to think that "checks and balances" means that the courts have the final word, and are supposed to check and balance the legislative and executive branches of government. This concept has been subconsciously absorbed, and later cited, by a great number of people on the right side of the aisle. However, nothing could be further from the truth: that our Constitutional government is composed of three co-equal branches, each of which possess powers to check and balance the other two.
Unfortunately for Terri, Jeb Bush refuses to use his executive powers to check and balance the judiciary. This obsevation is not bashing - it's an accurate and dispassionate assessment of the facts.
The Senate talked about the abuse of COCK Fighting!!!!! broke for lunch and then went onto committees. NOTHING!!!! The 11th court of appeals just turned it DOWN again!!....looks like our only hope is Jeb or George and they have said they won't touch it.
AMERICA IS DEAD.......she just died with that decision a few minutes ago. Corruption is clear at the top!!!!!

Try going back just a page or two and you'll get the details...an awful lot happened (unfortunately, unless God intervenes, Terri will be leaving us very shortly).
Terris breathing is very labored now. She probably will not be with us too much longer.
