Bob and Mary Schindler, both practicing Catholics, urged dozens of supporters gathered outside the Florida hospice where Schiavo is being cared for to go home for Easter.
"The family would request that everyone go home, be with your children, hold them close and share every moment you have with them," said Brother Paul O'Donnell, a Franciscan monk who is a spiritual adviser to the Schindlers.
It was not clear if the Schindlers had finally abandoned all legal avenues in their fight to restart their 41-year-old daughter's feeding, a cause that embroiled the Florida legislature, the U.S. Congress and President Bush.

I just got it!
You're FELOS!!
'FESS UP!
I've made no compromise with evil - you and I are still arguing, remember?
No, I've made no 'compromise'. I will, however, be busy working to make sure laws like this are not passed in my state, and will work to ensure they never pass at the federal level, so that no more innocent people will have their lives taken by judicial fiat.
Meanwhile, you'll still be bithching about Terri, damning people to hell, and screaming "THE NAZIS ARE COMING" as you roll over and pee yourself.
Yes, Chad, you've been very clear.
In fact, you've been as clear and clean as Michael when he talks how his wife looks now.
Disability as Genocidal Marker in Nazi Germany The methods used for mass extermination in the Nazi death camps originated and were perfected in earlier use against people with physical, emotional, and intellectual disabilities. Developed from the article by Dr. Mark Mostert, this website describes the historical context of attitudes toward people with disabilities in Germany and how this context produced mass murder of people with disabilities prior to and during the early years of World War II.
LOL
Real nice. Did you think that all up by yourself, or did someone write it in big purpole crayon across your coloring book?
One Gold Star you can take home to mommy. Maybe she'll give you a cookie.
Again with the idiotic attacks for no reason, other than to make yourself feel good.
How sad it must be to base one's feeling of moral superiority on how many names you can call someone.
again......I know this stuff....have studied it....and how is that analogous to what is happening in Florida.....don't think those fine folks in Germany had any trials or such, they were just automatic Guinny Pigs.......but if you think we are Nazi's , if I were you, I would go to Canada post haste.....go now, we will send your stuff
se 611 I should have pinged you.
he is catching up with Eternal Vigilance though he does not have the hatred / or Alan Keyes is God stuff down quite as well........
He did not do everything he could legally do.
He laid down.
If they're leader played possum, why shouldn't they?
If someone's not sure they're going to be backed they will not do their job to the full extent especially of there's danger.
They didn't trust him.
And here's the answer to your next question.
They go to the Hospice.
They clear the people away.
They walk into the Hopsice. gUNS DOWN/NOT UP/NOT EVEN OUT OF HOLSTER (Is that work spelled correctly?)
They go into the room, get Terry and leave.
Simple.
What if local cops shoot them?
Shoot back.
Oh, my gosh. People might get hurt...?
IN THE HOSPICE??? Those people WANT to die, right??
And the other half are only toooooo happy to help them die, right...?? For the proper renumeration of course.
Oh......People might see there's problems in Florida....
What do you think they're seeing, now?
Red Riding Hood visiting her Grandmother?
It's more like Gretal being shoved in the Witche's oven.
Tell me something. I'm pretty damned familiar with the rise and fall of the Third Reich - many of us non-whites keep an eye out for that sort of thig, especially given our own nation's dabbling with eugenics... So, my question for you is this:
1. Can we, as a citizenry, act through our process to change bad laws, and...
2. COuld the citizenry of Nazi Germany act through their process to change bad laws?
I believe the answer to question 1 is "Yes", and the answer to number 2 is "No", which simply means that the comaprisons to America and the Nazi Regime are baseless.
No I will not run away, this is my country and I am prepared if need be to fight for it. Things are bad, but I have hope that we can turn things around. If not oh well, no body lives forever.
if you are still equating us with Nazi's then I can tell you haven't done alot of reading on the subject, only glossing over the finer points....go read some real indepth stuff on the matter.....Nazi's and Stalinist were wholesale butchers, and barbarians and murderers....you see one court case and this starts to show a comparison......hell if you buy that, you are as gullible as those who think we acutally sent a man to the moon..../sarc off
Of course it's wearing thin, Chad...
Your facade can only stay on for so long. It's gotta come off sooner or later. It's getting hard for you.
Can't hide behind a happy/sad or in this case good/evil mask for long.
aha.,...i got you.....you said you would stay and change it.......well the fine folk of Germany did not have that luxury therefore your pontifications on the matter are rendered moot and impotent
Uh-huh, and maybe someday, you'll regain a rational control of yourself and you'll look back on these days and find yourself wanting in the eyes of God and beg forgiveness for the sins of pride, false witness, and hate that you've committed.
I'm not holding my breath, though.
