> It is good to see that Terri's end of life wishes will finally be honored. ... As Terri dies and fulfills her final wishes,
Presumed wishes based on HINO's flimsy hearsay claim.

breaking the law
Artful ghoul platitudes.
Like my life isn't busy enough...now I have to go out to take a German language course to more effectively communicate with supporters of Michael Schiavo.

One federal and state option neither Bush brother is mentioning -- but could !!
I address at this post: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/1370338/posts?page=245#245
Good morning all. Once again, we stand vigil for Terri. Hoping and praying for good news from the 11th Cir. FNC is reporting that the decision could come at any minute.
Michael and his brothers admit they pulled the tube on both their own father and their own mother, and that it took nearly a month for their father to die without food and water. Jodi's mother died while living with Jodi and Michael in their house.
Lord, have mercy upon us, in the Name of Jesus, have the mercy upon us that we deny others ... Amen ...
Thank you, OP. Praying for the family in their agony, as Michael even now twists the knife in hatred by denying them access to their dying daughter.
Think you could do something with this?
Florida
The Sun-Shame State
Our dirty deeds stand up under the light of scrutiny!
No Food
No Water
No Justice
See the new blockbuster suspense thriller coming soon to a court room near you!
Due to increased security measures no feeding tubes allowed!
Said living will had better spell out in excrutiation detail what procedures shall and shall not be allowed. Because being kept alive by "artificial means" did not iinclude food and water until 1999 in Florida.
Amen. Thank you, Pegita. The Lord has blessed you with a beautiful gift of words.
A hearty Amen to that one, Pegita.
Amen!
I have not heard that prayer in a very long time. Thank You for posting it.
Bork confirmed on Hannity's show yesterday afternoon that people are routinely denied food and water because of "defects" such as down syndrome and Alzheimers. He said we're going to see a lot more of it.
A living will stating we want to live even if needing a feeding tube may not be any defense.
"The guardian has no discretion," said Felos. "It is not the guardian's decision to do this. It must be done because it is the order of this court."

So where we are headed is that as long as the courts say it is ok to imprison someone and starve them then it is OK to do. And what happens when the courts decide the standards by which it is OK to starve someone. Will they pick brunettes next- everyone knows that people would rather live as blondes.
