Our Legal system is bankrupt.

Isn't it TIME for the DCF or whatever they are called to simply JUST GO IN THERE AND GET HER OUT AND NOT MURDER HER?
WHAT ON EARTH ARE THEY WAITING FOR?
HER DEATH?

It was inevitable. It was Greer.

Time to stop asking and start doing.

How can this possibly be?? I always thought that an appeal meant that you would argue your case before a NEW judge. Of course this same judge is going to uphold all of his previous rulings!
To: Former Fetus
It was Greer I am not surprised.

This nation is slipping into darkness. Liberalism is a mental disorder. These loonies drag out the crying towel and stand around looking holier-than-thou and morally superior at the gates of San Quentin every time some convicted murderer is given the lethal injection. Yet these same dipsticks have no trouble rationalizing the murder of the innocent by the millions every year through abortion. So its "cruel and unusual" punishment to execute scum bags with the electric chair or in the gas chamber, but its just O.K. to starve an innocent woman to death over days or weeks. What a country.

I always thought that an appeal meant that you would argue your case before a NEW judgeSo did I. Of course, I also believed that if Gov. Bush has the authority to take Terri into protective custody, he would just do it. Instead he's asked for custody, giving Greer another 5 minutes of fame, and has put himself in a weak position. Aren't there any REAL MEN in Fla.?

How the heck can everything be in the hands of one judge, who seems to have an ax to grind?

"The Supreme Court has made it's decision, now let them enforce it." - Andrew JacksonThat wasn't the exact quote... but it was the spirit of it! Jeb needs to send in the Guard.

It's time to begin impeachment proceedings against the high and mighty Greer.

Of course it's happening: there really hasn't been much in the way of concrete public outrage. Look at the pictures from the Hospice, even today, and you won't see a crowd of more than a 100. The place looked deserted last night when Hannity was broadcasting.
If the self-righteous in this country (and on this site) were really upset, there would be 10,000 outside that building. But that ain't the case.

I don't know why the head of the DCF cannot authorize authorities to go get Terri. Yesterday it was reported her saying her department did not need Judge Greer's approval. That they have authority over the judge with the handicapped.
