I don't think the courts could take over again if they assume custody because the deal then is they're going to look over the whole situation including the prognosis for some rehabilitation, which is, I think, all anybody is asking for.

Than I expect you to take a stand, fly or run down there and run past the guards with a bottle of water.

I don't know the name of the prison where Michael Schiavo works as a nurse. All I know is that it's in Clearwater, Florida.
Does anyone else know ?

They could switch lawyers this minute.

no not at all. that was not MY contention. There have been NO automatic stays. And it is NOT Greer's jurisdiction as a probate judge.
No appeal is necessary OR desirable.
The Governor should just go for it!

Other posts say he has already ruled against Bush can Fox News be that far behind in reporting?

#321 -- exactly. This has to end, one way or the other. Terri cannot and should not be forced to endure this one more hour.
I am simply sick, not just for this specific case but for what this portends for our country.

DCF is investigating a CRIMINAL matter, and already has jurisdiction. PROBATE judge Greer is WAY out of line and thinks he is God. Greer is moot.
If Greer rules against DCF, that should be easy to win on appeal in the FL SC (with the automatic stay already kicked in and Terri in DCF custody getting treatment).

That's not for sure given that so many levels of jurisdiction persistently refused to stop the death order. When you have so many judges hell bent on killing, you would have to be a really good attorney.

Does anyone here have any pull with David Boies ?

ABSOLUTELY!
(I don't know how to italicize the quote so I just put the line there, hoping readers will realize I'm quoting and then replying to the quote under the line.)

Herr Greer would rule earlier, but he's famished, and he needed time for a lunch break.Yes, he's returning the movies that he rented yesterday at Blockbuster. And I think he also returned to his home ....... to water his plants.

Fox keeps replaying Felos....Does anyone else feel like he's almost daring someone to kidnap Terri? He says it with such disdain, but it seems like it's a taunt!

I swithced to CNN and they had it running on the bottom. Hmmm....I think you switched over too late to catch the "We hope.." preceding the phrase "judge rules against".
