I see Terri as an innocent sacrificial lamb for the dark side. I do not believe this timing, and the INSISTENCE that it not be delayed for anything, is accidental -- just as the last attempt coincided w/Halloween.

Another parallel, btw -- my prayer right now is "Maranatha" w/a twist: Jeb, please come quickly -- act now for Terri, before she is further compromised!"

Regarding the Senate vote on Sunday afternon, I thought I read that a "unanimous consent" resolution does not require a quorum and that there need be more than a handful present. So more than likely, most Senators were not even in Washington but fortunately did not rush back to prevent a unanimous consent.

Only 2/3 of Congress was present for the voice vote that night, and it was hard to try to contact many of them.

In the meantime, why is the DCF waiting for judge Greer to say anything at all today?

Judge Greer and the current sheriff of Pinellas County, James Coats, and the former sheriff, Everett Rice (currently a Fl House Representative), and State Attorney Bernie McCabe are extrememly tight. The Sheriff's Office and Bernie McCabe will protect Greer and will submit to his orders.

I continue to contact news agencies - print and tv.

It must be pointed out that they are starving to death a disabled woman who has done nothing wrong. If this is successful with Terri - how many other diabled will be "spoken for" by the person willing to claim legal standing and who can also win court awards in their name?

But ask almost anyone on FR....we heard the nays...albeit, they were much less than the yeas, but nays were there.
