Learned men and women will gather at noon to hear the fate of this wounded woman, as decreed by the one who has unrelentingly ordered her death. We continue to pray for the heart of this Judge, for you have again and again, in Your mercy, afforded him the chance to rule wisely and well. May it be so today, O God ... may it be so today, for You are not willing that any should perish. But if he continues to hold sway over the life of this mother's child, snatch her from the jaws of these ravenous wolves and bring her quickly to safety.
Thank You, O God, that our beloved Terri was seen yesterday by a Doctor who would have assessed her condition and would know her ability to survive the coming hours. Tend to her until that time, Merciful Father ... wrap her beloved family in the shelter of Your arms ... warm them close to Your loving heart ... grant unto them the desire for which they long have sought ... the return of their wounded child to the love and safety of their family.
