Day 5 going into Day 6 of no food or water for Terri.

"Absolution from her sins, annoint her and an apostolic papal blessing but I cannot give Terri Holy Communion. Monsignor Malanowski on Baynews9.co. "I am limited in what I can do."
It turns my stomach to read this convoluted "thinking". It's MS, Greer, Felos et al. who are perpetrating the assault, battery and trespass against Terri, and THEY certainly should be held accountable.
You made a very valid point!
What about the President? If this be the case, " Congratulations President Greer"!!!!!
"For me to live is Christ, and to die is gain." St. Paul, Philippians 1:21
I am glad you think it was better this time than the other appeals.
On another thread, somebody said Steve Centani from Fox News was holding up a copy of the appeal and referring to obvious errors in it, saying it looked hastily put together and flawed. He was not talking about the merits of the case, as I took it, but the written appeal.
Did not see it myself, and am not doubting your impression, anyhow.
But no one has any faith in the institution of the Supreme Court or the justices, for that matter. Now some have said that they have to admit jurisdiction this time around, because the new law gives it to the Federal Courts. That might be, but I have no faith in them.
Just as I lost any I had when the other courts refused to give the trial de novo that the new law mandated. They all used Greer's old trial record and said the Schindlers failed to show they would prevail in a new trial. Even the 11th circuit voted 10 to 2 for that, in effect, by refusing to hear.
So at this point, I trust not a one of them.
Very uplifting story; thanks for taking the time to type all that out for us to read.
Comforting words
Rather, they depended completely on Greer's finding and refused to accept any testimony, which is exactly the opposite of what the law required them to do.
If the Supremes deny a hearing on this case despite the flagrant judicial disregard of law and past court rulings, it will be the exclamation point on the notion that Judicial Tyranny has overtaken this country.
Jeb is in charge of the police and the police obey him, not Judge Greer! I know Jeb knows this! I swear if Greer turns them down at noon today than that is when Jeb needs to go in with DCFS and take Terri out!
Yes. King was speaking for God throughout that, while pretending to be a "practicing Christian," God would want this, God would want that. It was truly sickening.
Real Christians - and you can see the choosing up of sides - believe that life is sacred. God made us to cling to life - CLING!!! Just as Terri is doing.
People like that King character have contempt for our beliefs.
If life were not precious and sacred, why don't more people commit suicide by starving themselves? Why? Because our bodies are made to CLING TO LIFE. CLING!!!
As Terri always said, "Where there's life, there's hope."
He was disgusting. Just before he went on that rant, he said maybe Terri 'does' want to die and we've committed a sin by keeping her here all these years. Evidently the Duval County GOP got enough phone calls that they were fed up with the phone ringing, someone wrote to me that the lady was very short with her. LOL
The media here won't tell the truth about Jim King so his constituents know he's a RINO but we've managed to expose him, and he really showed it yesterday.
Proverbs 8:36 But he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate me love death.
1John 3:17 But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels [of compassion] from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?
1John 4:20 If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?
Let those charges, assault etc, be leveled against Jeb and the cops and the Docs and Nurses who treat this woman and there won't be a jury in Florida who would convict them.
I am dying to see Jeb take on this judge, just dying to see the judge arrest Barbara and George Bush's son and the President's Brother. Not to mention Jenna and Barbara Bush comlete with Condi style stilleto boots.
The trial would be the trial of the century.
It doesn't seem like the America that we have always held dear. How can we champion for rights of people in other nations when this is happening right here?
WE ARE ALL HELD HOSTAGE BY A JUDGE WHO HAS OVERTHROWN THE STATE OF FLORIDA.
A wrongful death civil suit would make the loser HAVE to undergo cross!
You are right, polly. It does appear he becomes the most powerful man in America. He already ignored a Congressional subpoena to make Terri a protected witness...now this. Until he is dealt with and brought down, his absolute power is unchallenged. How scary, and wrong.
A profoundly disturbing question.
