They did see her today but it ws so heart wrenching her mother got sick in the bathroom. Her brother said "you want to be in there with her, but then again you don't". They sid it is awful what this is doing to her.

Unfortunately, although they sited new evidence that Terri is not in PVS, it wasn't clear whether they are also arguing the false conclusion that this was Terri's wishes.
I like Jay Secolov(?), but Bois seems to be a sharper, better lawyer. Too bad he's not working for the Schindlers.
It seems to me that the Schindlers have made their biggest mistake in their choice of legal reps and spokesman. Randall Terry is the wrong choice. Mr. Operation Rescue is a turn off to many that might be on our side. You do not have to be an absolute pro lifer to be for Terri. I am 100% in the Terri camp and am "moderately pro choice" as Condi would say. Randall Terry, although he has behaved very well, is all wrong. Much in the same way Alan Keyes would be.

My husband just came in and said he had a solution -- the DA should arrest MS for purjury and put him in jail. Then they would have to appoint a different guardian. He also said, "I'm not a lawyer but I play one on TV." ha ha... such a kidder. Wish it were that easy!
silly Halls..don't you know that the constitution only guarantees the right to murder your baby, starve your spouse, spit on the Cross, burn the American flag, trash soldiers and 9/11 dead, marry if you're gay?
God brought us together for a reason, for Terri, but for no more future Terri's.
She has been in the hospice five years. Why? Guess Michael decided together with Greer and Felos. Who knows? For the rest of us it woud be called fraud but for them?
All these people saying it peaceful and comfortable to starve to death need to go through it for a week and then come back and tell us about it. Until then, I'm not buying it.
