BAck again, late as usual, for another night shift.

The family medical emergency is taken care of now. Thank you every one for the prayers.

Don't take it badly, justshe. I didn't think anything wrong with what you said. I just realized that one thing got said on the last thread about DCF giving up and it became a mess from there. And the attorney on FOX didn't help. In my view, just another talking head.

I think some of us were just trying to straighten it out.

no off topic, rather, right on target.

I'm awed at how this has worked at all levels of gov't, bottom to the very top, forcing people to confront the reality of evil and make a choice as to what side they will take. I pray that this situation with Terri will make the lukewarm scurry into a very real daily walk with a very real God and Savior, and that more outside will finally understand that they want to be on the side of light, good, God. Truly He is a rewarder of those who earnestly seek Him, Heb 11:6

This is the slowest the board's been in quite some time.....I guess many are exhausted and resting now.

God bless Terri's parents....I think they have been so incredibly well spoken.

To think that they've kept their cool in the face of such ugly opposition is remarkable!

God's Spirit at work in their hearts I believe.

***cause its not nice to spread incorrect information***

That was certainly not my intent, as I think I have stated on multiple posts. I have even apologized.

I certainly will NOT make the mistake of posting a news report again. How uppity of me....

A most interesting response from you.....and so charitable.

Turns out Greer is just a county probate judge, step up from county or village justice NOT a state judge as the media keeps saying and wasn't supposed to have jurisdiction here.

If this was the case, this is a big thing to turn over a decision, but you would think the appellates would have overturned for jurisdictional reasons if they had no jurisdiction, so I am not sure you are right on that. When you make a pleading you have show you have jurisdictional standing at the court.

You missed my point entirely. Michael Savage was saying that Jeb Bush had the power to take Trri into protective custody ! But her never acted. Why not? If I had been the Governor of the 'Great State of Florida' she would have been taken into custody back in 2004. I would have send State Troopers to protect her and would have transferred her to a full service medical facility. Why? Because she was a possible victim of a crime. In the meantime, Terri lays dying . . .

I am not a supporter of Jeb Bush. But I guess you guessed that already.

As Savage said tonight, "If nothing further is done to protect Terri Schiavo -- then this case was being used as a political football by both sides." I believe Savage hit the nail on the head. Nothing more will be done. Terri will die in the next 24 hours. And both sides will still be shouting at each other until the next election.

When congress passed I was relieved but went to bed feeling only a battle had been won. I had little hope as time passed that either federal judges would rule for Terri. I don't think Kennedy will either but tonight feels different, like something good is about to happen.Maybe not but ...I'm staying up awhile longer. Praying for Terri.

has a dedicated, determined and desperate need to have her dead and immediately cremated (already has the court permission)

I want to know why this has not been mentioned on the mSM..Are they waiting for it to be done to her and then gasp and say OMG this must prove Michael has something to hide but kinda late for action !!

I've come to the point where I've turned this whole thing over to God. He has never let me down

Me either, so that is good, that is at least two of us! I am sure there are lots more here, so we should be covered big time!

Well, one thing I've prayed for is that God miraculously helps Terri not to feel the agony.....He is capable.

Biologically I realize she does feel pain, but what I am saying is that with God all things are possible and He can miraculously intervene to prevent her feeling it.

I surely hope this is the case right now..... *tears*

Is it possible the doctor who saw Terri today told Jeb Bush that Terri can hang in for a while longer? I have to believe Jeb asked the doctor how much time Terri has. Perhaps Terri is doing well and Jeb will wait until 12:01am EST on Friday, just 23 hours from now. Freepers, what do you think?

You are WAYYY TOO HARD on jeb. Without Jeb, Terri would already be dead. I guess you forgot Terri's law #1. Jeb is a hero to TErri and her family. Just because he's not quite ready to seize her, doens't mean anything. He is probably reviwing ways he can, in which a positive result would occur. The last thing we want is Terri dead and Jeb in jail.
