You are WAYYY TOO HARD on jeb. Without Jeb, Terri would already be dead. I guess you forgot Terri's law #1. Jeb is a hero to TErri and her family. Just because he's not quite ready to seize her, doens't mean anything. He is probably reviwing ways he can, in which a positive result would occur. The last thing we want is Terri dead and Jeb in jail.

Perhaps when the parents weren't let in earlier today, that's when DCF was in there with Terri.

And I wonder if Jeb is now waiting on the Supremes to render their decision before going to the next step.

That 'judge' in Pinellas County only has jurisdiction in the Pinellas Circuit Court. Governor Bush could order State Troopers to take her to a full service medical facility in another County. He can pick any county he wants. He could pick the most conservative county in Florida. In the meantime, Gov. Bush could order a full medical review of her case.

His failure to act speaks volumes. Jeb Bush is a total disappointment to me.
