AMEN Polly, we need a miracle and this may be the final chance at getting one. Lord, we pray for that miracle and ask you to give Whittemore knowledge to do the right thing for Terri!

I have a prayer... I pray that God will give Whittemore the humility he needs to be able to see his previous ruling was wrong, that Greer could be wrong and that he has an obligation to Terri to find out if there had been any abuse.

It will take more than just disenfranchising the ABA from all judicial and legislative processcess.
It will take ALL of the above.
We will have to fight the left inch by inch and battle by battle untile they are extinct.
10 years ago we would not have even had the chance to be upset. We have to keep in mind where we were and where we are going. Otherwise we are just jannet reno burning children.
DJ, I think that's the whole issue with the judiciary today, and why it has to be taken down a bit. This is the complaint, that they MAKE law, instead of following the law. They are doing what the legislative branch does.

Whittemore and Greer are buddies. I doubt that Whittemore will rule against Greer.
MS and Felos have told so many lies for so many years that the media has been parroting it all. We all knew she wasn't pvs, but the media said she was. I believe Jeb could have done something sooner, but he didn't. He was going by what he knew. Now it's too late. The fix has been in for a long time. Terri is in her 7th day now. We can keep praying for a miracle. That's all we can do. mho. God Bless Terri and the Schindlers.

I understand that. What I was asking was if a judge wasn't following law, how is the govenor constrained to do so?
well I think he is corrupt as hell but his ruling has been made so it will have to be followed unless the judge that will be it reviewing later, reverses the ruling.

This isn't the answer...what good is it if he gets arrested? Terri still loses...you guys have to think, he would do what he can, but breaking the law, although the law seems to be so against us, is out of the question...mainly because it would not help Terri....I will tell you, I am studying to be a lawyer and i am quickly learning how unfair things can be (and also how emotional I can get over the unfairness)and while you think that things seem logical enough to prevail in court, that the rules of law and other things get in the way of the truth coming out. It is a catch 22 & what is sad is that Terri ends up paying the price. I am physically ill over this.
