I understand that. What I was asking was if a judge wasn't following law, how is the govenor constrained to do so?

I don't know, but isn't the governor also not liable for prosecution for doing his duty?

I know I read somewhere that judges are not. Are judges allowed special privileges in this regard that the other branches are not?

Maybe someone else knows. I sure don't.
