Greer's ruling is law...and I am about choking typing this out. So anyone trying to disobey a court order would be arrested by the police.

Wouldn't that mean that Greer is making law? Since Terri is not PVS and there's new evidence contradicting that? I know I'm putting you on the spot. I'm not meaning to do that but the law he's using says she has to be PVS and there's new evidence. It seems to me he is now writing law. Not following law.

I'm theorizing that Greer's refusing to open records re neglect/abuse and/or admit new evidence comprise the grounds to request federal intervention under the prior case, and that Bush's strategy was to force Greer's hand on that today. What do I know. Last hope I guess.

I think the new evidence is the charges of abuse and the findings of the Neurologist that spent 1&1/2 hours in Terri's room and he believes she is not PVS
