This doctor was on the Laura Ingraham show this morning. Laura was really angry today.
That MS manipulated the system to get rid of her is too much for some people to grasp. Further independent review of this case is needed.

Governor Bush needs to take her into protective custody and then have the Attny General or whom ever is doing the investigation subpoena the records from her time in the Rehabilation Hospital.
In those records will be extensive evaluations by Physical Rehabilation Physicans, from Speech Pathologists, Speech Therapists.
There will be a daily record of her progress or lack of progress.
No, I don't think so. Pity it was not alleged in the complaint that Terri is not in a PVS, but in a minimally conscious state. Then, voila, Whittemire could have taken conizance of this declartion in the injunction motion, at least the few bits of it that are not objectionable hearsay.
I don't know about the law here but I know one thing, Judge Greer is incapable of rendering justice.

If they don't prevail to keep her alive, the next very important issue should be to stop them from cremating her remains. The autopsy could be the only way to show what really caused her condition. I understand she had several broken bones.
Yep, although well, well I was going to mention Gibbs again, but people don't like me mentioning Gibbs, so I won't mention Gibbs. The whole thing is a tragedy. There really did need to be a new trial with the whole world watching. It would help clear the air, and also be educational. But it is not to be. No, I won't mention Gibbs again.
