I don't know about the law here but I know one thing, Judge Greer is incapable of rendering justice.

Yep, although well, well I was going to mention Gibbs again, but people don't like me mentioning Gibbs, so I won't mention Gibbs. The whole thing is a tragedy. There really did need to be a new trial with the whole world watching. It would help clear the air, and also be educational. But it is not to be. No, I won't mention Gibbs again.

I hear the Pastor at the church he was attending asked him to find someplace else.Were I his pastor I would dothe same
not for any reason except he would be a DISTRACTION.Many would not go to church with the man who set the court down
the Wrong trail. IF our government was instituted to secure the God given Right to life and our law,if it is to be valid -not to contradict Divine Law then Judge Greer was not merely wrongheaded but acted unlawfully--unless of course we really are Nazi Germany of the 1930's and not the US of A.
