[history]
Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

The president can write an executive order to get Terri into a hospital immediately. It is not breaking any law to do so. The judge can still take time to ruminate over this case. This action would not interfere with the judge. And since Greer already flaunted a Congressional subpoena his ruling is highly questionable.
Executive orders are lawful. They've been written by presidents ever since Washington on a number of different issues.
Contacting the president and ask him to write an executive order immediately. If you cannot reach him, then contact your state senators and representatives.

it just shows how when we think it can't get any more SICK or LOW . . . it does.
NANCY GRACE -- w/Brian Schiavo and Father ____ at hospice -- she has it down that one or the other is lying, Brian saying Schindlers can go into hospice to see any time they want, and other saying Mary couldn't go in for 5 hrs.

My suggestion: Please ignore those who are here to cause dissension and trouble. Don't respond. This has been a public service announcement.
Good advice....

Repbublic, you can believe or not. I'm not trying to give you false info. Oh BTW, heard that parent(s) of those minors that were arrested have a good chance of facing charges with relation to putting the children in the position they did. Maybe you already know this.

W has some experience with tough legal battlesOne of the things that we have learned about Bush is that he never wings it. He always thinks through to the end game.

Funny thing is, I think of you everytime in the past few days I've looked at our science project.
We've got a grow-a-frog kit and our tadpole came 3 days ago. We're having such fun watching Hoppy swim around! Can't wait 'til he is a ... well, you know! LOL

So will I, but you know what? The older of the two hasn't let me down yet, and I hear the younger brother's fairly well liked by those he "works for".
