Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.
Joe Scarborough, he has a show on MSNBC.
If this all plays out as you have laid it out, I will be in complete awe of those Bush brothers.
That's what I thought. So why did DCF have to go to him for an order? Aren't there any other judges around?
A "different judge" in Pinellas County would not make any difference. All those judges are part of the same cabal.
I hope that guy was wrong, but when Greta asked him if they could appeal it, he said no because the statute was clear. With the judge acting as guardian, that may be the problem.
I borrowed it from another FReeper a few days ago...even asked permission!
Oh well, lets go back to yesterday: Peach's words again (instant replay - Boy don't you love these instant replays):
Including the fact that our medical community and Medicaid cannot possibly sustain the cost of keeping people who have no quality of life alive indefinitely.
Now mind you she states to me that her comments has nothing what so ever to do with what happen in Germany and how dare I bring up the dreaded NAZI card. Yada Yada Yada....Meanwhile, she can not or will not define quality of life....It kinda gets you right there. Of course, being a baby boomer, I am somewhat concern about whether my fellow human (Peach), may think me a burden to society someday. I just can't seem to get that warm fuzzy down home feeling from Peach...I keep asking her to define the quality of life but instead she threatens to take her ball and go home. Personally, I think she is having problems trying to find something to cut and paste. Anyway, still waiting to see if she has ordered her burka yet. I still think she will look ravishing in powder blue but maybe purple is more her thing. Right Peach. We have certainly come along way Baby. (Peach, please note I am not calling you Baby. The saying is a old cigarette commercial way before your time when women's lib was just starting). Now it has now been confirmed by the court system that marriage enables you to become a thing of ownership...Rights as an individual go right out the door...
I'm cloudly on this but did hear that State has filed in TAMPA for new look. Don't know if that means another Judge or what. Don't put much into this as it is just a rumor but not that long ago.
You do know that GWB is alseep in Crawford now while all of us pound the keyboard hoping against hope.
No, satan is not unbound. He's bound. He's just struggling to get his way, but he's bound.
They should have gone to Demers or someone else. Not Greer. For greer, it should have only been a courtesy to let him know.
I think Jeb is arranging State Troopers. I really do. If they show up...Pinellas better follow the law and stand down!
Really.............please tell us all about the grounds. And how you happen to know this and no one else has reported it! Exaggeration is the tool of the insecure.
((((((((((((((((((((Kimmie)))))))))))))))) Bless your heart. My hat off to you!! I am 63 and raising my 6 year old grandson. He has been in school and I know at my age there is no way I could homeschool him. He is also very VERY active.I do good to get through the homework.
I agree, but McGavin heard it too. That atty is Jeff Brown, and spoke favorably last night about greer and Whitmore. I know he is not impartial, but I was scared when I heard it none the less.
Would have LOVED to see that show!
Demers, Greer, and Baird may have personal differences in style, etc., but they are joined at the hip by their insistence on liberal judicial activism.
It's a state statute they would be enforcing. I would think that any ole' judge would do.
No, I didn't - I was out of my car by that time. What did he say?
