Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

shortly after HINO hired Felos, she was put into the hospice. HINO was having trouble with some nurses at a couple different nursing homes. He moved Terri once because they wouldn't let him keep antibiotics from his wife and the second time, I think he was fed up that the Schindlers were able to get information...and he is such a control freak that he wanted them shut out

It was involving Hospice of Suncoast and Woodside in particular for 14M owed back to Medicare for putting people there who were NOT terminally ill and then filling out the form without proper certification.

Medicare dropped the ball too, and Woodside has been paid at Terri's sacrifice for 5 years!!!!!

Heavenly Father, we return to thank You that we can rest at Your feet, for we are a people most weary. Touch those who are wearier than we, O Lord ... sustain Terri as she lies upon a deathbed, designed just for her. All of the forces of evil have conspired to gather at her door ... they even now have approached her bedside. They watch with eyes that relish what they see, for her death will draw the unsuspecting into court-appointed murder. Deny the Merchants of Death their prize, O God ... protect this mother's child unto the moment of her rescue. Make haste, O Lord, make haste, for she is weak ... her beloved family is crushed under the weight of agony ... those who love this wounded woman are weary beyond measure. Be for Terri ... be for her family ... be for us the strength we need to endure until You unlock the door to her prison and set her before her family. In the Name of Jesus, we plead His Precious Blood, poured out for the redemption of all of mankind ... Amen ...

Lord, we come to you again this evening, intervening on behalf of Terri. Lord, we pray you will continue to protect her, and send her knights in shining armor within the hour to rescue her. Keep her safe, don't let those seeking to rescue her bow to the pressure of those evil people who are trying to murder her. Lord, we know that murder is not in your rule book...we're doing as you ask, dear Lord, and you asked us to come to you and knock. You said, dear Jesus, that if we ask according to your will, it will be done. Lord, we know that murder is not according to your will...you've told us so. It's one of your Ten Commandments. Lord, please send Terri's rescuers in soon. Thank you Lord. Sustain Terri, keep her body well, keep her from pain, and let her live. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

that is what I think to! I think sometime in the middle of the night when all the media is gone, people have gone home, and it is a lot quieter, they will slip in tonight and get Terri. I think someone from DCFS that came earlier to check out Terri did it to see if they could wait till tonight to go and get her and check on the status of issues. I think they have a plan and I hope I wake up tomorrow and there is good news. They cannot wait another day and they have to do this during the night!

Brigette, I like your optimism. But don't you think those affairs weren't able to be arranged by now? And isn't the greatest danger to her life the continued existence without water? It might not be picture perfect, but I believe the rescue should be done now already.

These people believe in "the law" over everything. By that, I mean man's law. There is no room for God's law, for His law that supersedes man's. That's why they keep saying, "we are a nation of laws, etc." They want all of us to follow the law, which is ok in and of itself, but God's law trumps. They have no room in their world-view for the concept that there is a higher law than what our courts decree.

OK, I must have missed something. Did DCFS go in to the hospice and CHECK HER???? and where did you find this out?
