Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

Then they have that cover that protective custody was a last resort. I meant DCF has that cover. Jeb cannot order DCF to do anything.

This may be just a bit off topic, and correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't they jail "Dr. Death" Jack Kevorkian for doing something very simmilar to what is being done to Terry right now?
If I were Jack, I'd be getting hold of a lawer right now.
Why was it wrong for Jack but right for the Florida court system?

You know as much as I don't like surgeons, I wish a surgeon had been involved here. They don't take orders from anyone, are gods in the OR and private life and possess sharp scalpels and know how to use them.
I wish the judge had ordered a surgeon to disconnnect that tube, the ones I know would have laughed, a low evil laugh, and said "make me, make my day Judge"
