Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

I still think something was up when the nurses found a needle cap in her bed and scratches on her arm not so long ago. Felos blamed the parents and banned them from seeing her. They proved they didn't have anything to do with it. I'm sure one of hino's angels of death nurses tried something and was interrupted.

It's scary. I wonder if the entrance to hell is there somewhere and not in Amityville?

Again, wrong.

Terri lost a hundred pounds while seeing a doc before she even met MS. After marrying him over a period of 4 years she lost another 40. People do lose weight you know. And it was over years. And a doctor was involved for the great part of the weight loss prior to age 20. She collapsed at I do believe age 26 while she was seeing a fertility doc. Her parents, her husband, her friends all deny they had any idea she had bulemia. It came up when no one could explain her collapse.

You are wrong about the facts in a convenient way for terri's enemies,,to blame heer for her condition.

Well, I've read differently, so we will just have to disagree.

I think he started what is going on with Terri all this time and has kept it going cause he wanted her dead from the get go!

If she'd only listened to her friend to spend the night at her house that fateful night. One friend was on FOX the other day who told of how controlling hino was "before". I believe every word because he's been on a controlling power trip for the last 15 years.

To: SueAngel OH, I meant a post mortum of the entire case not Terri. The medical examiner could order a post mortum. Hubby is a pathologist and he said he would in an instant. >>> Well I would hope that the current Medical Examiner in Clearwater isn't interwined with Scientology like the last one was...... The previous Medical Examiner in Clearwater reversed her opinion on the death by blood clot/severe dehydration of a client of Scientology.

She bizaarely altered her first opinion of death by dehydration to one that forced prosecuters to drop their case against Scientology.

http://www.sptimes.com/News/062900/TampaBay/Pinellas_Pasco_Medica.shtml {{{{her original ruling in 1996, Wood traced the death of McPherson, the Scientologist, to a blood clot in McPherson's left lung that originated in a clot behind her left knee. Wood blamed it on "bed rest and severe dehydration." Initially calling the death "undetermined," Wood later changed her mind, saying the death was "accidental."}}}}

Concerning the DCF - This is only my opinion - Why does Terri need to be in renal failure for them to act.

By the time she is in renal failure it will probably be too late. If DCF doesn't realize the critical hour, then they better get on the phone and ask a doctor what 6 days of NO WATER DOES TO THE HUMAN BODY.

If they do not act, they are fools or even worse.

Yes, I know. But, in cases where the POTUS delared martial law, the military IS the police.

I have seen this info in various places. Her parents showed pics of her prior to her meeting MS when she had lost down to 150 and was so proud of her looks. She had poor self esteem and some friend said MS found her vulnerable and easy to control.

Everything has been tried, Artlover's Daughter, appealing on every ground imaginable ... all denied. That's the horror of the case.

I agree. We're seeing in this situation just how few people act with boldness. On the other hand, Randall Terry is a man who acts on his convictions. Wish we had more like him.

I just got notice on the ground at the hospice that Bob Schindler, Terri's father, was TURNED AWAY from entering the hospice--only to be let in just a minute ago. It was apparently quite a scene, with several police officers prohibiting his entrance.

Was Michael or Felos inside the hospice? People are wondering what that was all about.

It is outrageous the pain they are putting the Schindlers through.

cj,
As I understand it (please don't ask for the source, as it was many days ago that I read it) MS has stated (through what legal means, I'm not certain) that Terri is not to have a post-motun examination and the cremation is to be swift.

Can you please ask the hubby...Isn't a post-mortum automatic when a person is under a certain age?

Prayers for Terri, her family and the leaders who hold the ability to save her.

Ok, I am sick of waiting! When is DCFS moving in to get Terri! I can't wait any longer! I am sitting here with Foxnews on and on FR!! I can't believe one person from DCFS has entered. I think it is to see what state she is and decide if they should take her now or later! that should have already been decided!! They need to go now! I do know that Floriduh Voter is on location but we won't hear from him till late tonight! I'm staying up guys! I think this is it and i hope I'm right! If I wake up tomorrow and Terri is still in that Hospice than we all know she isn't coming out!

Sinkspur is not okay. He is a troll (longtime, but still a troll). He told me that he is contrary on these threads because it is fun. Have you ever seen anything conservative from him? Who is it that respects sinkspur?
