Concerning the DCF - This is only my opinion - Why does Terri need to be in renal failure for them to act.

By the time she is in renal failure it will probably be too late. If DCF doesn't realize the critical hour, then they better get on the phone and ask a doctor what 6 days of NO WATER DOES TO THE HUMAN BODY.

If they do not act, they are fools or even worse.

I'm not speaking from an ethical viewpoint, but a legal one. If she's gone into renal failure, it's defining evidence of "imminent danger". I'm sure DCF is working on getting this ruling overturned right now, and they probably want to gather as much evidence as possible for their case.

Another Doctor In Support of Terri

The affidavit linked at this thread is a doc who DCF uses in investigations. His affidavit is dated today. I wonder how they can ignore the advice of those they consult? You need to read the whole thing.
