Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

I agree, very nice to get Greer's permission, but they don't need it They might have needed him to stupidly refuse, so they could show he was acting without any respect for the law.

After reporting the latest updates on Terri, they stated her initial condition was caused by bulimia, Terri's brother and sister just last night said that there is NO medical evidence that she ever had bulimia.
But we never hear that from the mediots, do we?

My dad just said that Jeb is the boss of the police in Fl. and if DCFS shows up with the National Gaurd to get Terri out tonight that the police will stand down because they report to Jeb, not judge Greer. I don't think this is going to get ugly, I think it is going to be quick and barely noticeable to many! I hope they are going into to get her and florida voter is right. You'd think if people are hearing that is what they are doing around there, it must be going to happen! Please God let it be true!

Those of you who have been listening to Savage--a question. Earlier on the show I thought I heard that nurse who cared for Terri say that her blood sugar was very low when she first came in. Did she mean first collapsed or first arrived at the hospice? Or did I just hear her incorrectly?

We all are, because we realize the importance of Terri, the injustices done to her, the wrong court decisions based on wrong information and lack of wisdom.
Is the American system able, when ALL other legal means have been exhausted, able to love the PERSON more than the Law? Able to understand the MEANING of the Law is to allow the life, libery, and pursuit of happiness for Terri and all disabled like her?

Yes since 1999 and Felos and Mary Labyak both euthanasia freaks both talked to the legislature before this law was passed. I call it the Kill Terri Law since after it was passed, they used it to unhook Terri the first time.

MS won a medical malpractice settlement against a doctor who was treating TS for bulemia. It's in the court record.
I seem to remember that a later ruling exonerated the physician of all charges.
