Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

I was home at lunch .... yes eating.. While it has been 6 days since Terri has had any food.....

And Shepard came out with his opinins.. It littlerly made me throw up my lunch.

don't know. I only know Jeb said it was not a decision he could legally make. It had to be a decision made by the DCF. So it sounds like it is out of his hands.

That makes it sound like Clinton had no say over the Justice Department when they snatched Elian.

Then the process is clear, if the Florida Supreme Court has failed in its duty, you appeal to the USSC.

If it refuses to hear the case, endgame.

This does not excuse the actions of the federal legislature and executive.

for one thing, I was watching Foxnews and they broke in while the governor was speaking to annouce the court had turned down the appeal. What I could here him talking about was a neurologist had seen Terri but he did not exam her...but he has watched a couple of the videotapes...he wants to see more tapes. He believes that Terri is NOT PVS and so therefore a wrong diagnosis was made.

He said that DCF was before the Judge now and he also said that if the Florida Legislature votes in favor of passing the law that will help Terri, That he will have whoever to go in and get Terri. I missed part of the conversation

Sorry. The law that's being used to kill Terri states they must be PVS. Terri was just diagnosed by a doctor as minimally concious. Go argue elsewhere. There are plenty of other threads. This daily is for discussion of Terri and news about her.

If they've got "new information" or evidence, I think it's a big mistake to bring it to Greer. Hasn't Greer said plainly that the law is that she is going to DIE? Isn't Greer the primary obstacle here? All he has to do is take their new information and do his thing with it. Rule on it. The Congress said Greer is off the case. Why feed him fresh meat? Why pretend that Greer still has jurisdiction? That just plays into his hands.

Unless of course he is being threatened with criminal charges himself. That would sway him. Somehow I can't see Governor Creampuff letting anybody twist Greer's arm, though.

None of that changes my arguement, even if its true, even if Michael Schiavo is the monster these people claim... his actions can not grant illegal powers to the federal government.

People, try to stay focus'd on the issue here.
