We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.

It sounds like this bill will not get enough votes. I believe that they're greatly exaggerating receiving death threats from people. They senators are being swamped with e-mails and phone calls and consider these threats.

There is no doubt about that. They should be given a citation for bravery by President Bush instead of having an arrest record. Speaking of President Bush.......
