Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.
Talk, talk, talk, talk, talk: "I can't vote for the bill. It won't save Terri ... we have a law already in place that works extremely well ... this bill will negate my living will ... etc."
how about that lady with the sequin hat, screaming about the death threats she is getting for voting against Terri....well what about the death SENTENCE Terri is getting?????????????????
I SAY THIS TO ANYONE IN A POSITION OF POWER (I LEFT THIS MESSAGE ON WHITTEMORE'S OFFICE MACHINE AFTER HIS DENIAL):
IF YOU DO NOTHING IN YOUR POWER TO HELP TERRI THEN YOU BETTER HAVE A BETTER EXPLANATION BEFORE GOD ALMIGHTY THAN THE STUPID PETTY EXCUSES YOU GIVE THE REST OF US HERE ON EARTH.
Who is this shrew?
I couldn't believe what she said. It could have been dems making the calls to make the prolife look bad.
"We're talking about the sanctity of life and you're threatening mine.I want to live for my family and my children and I don't appreciate it."
This does make sense even though I disagree wholeheartedly with her vote.
"We" (collectively) should NOT resort to threatening others with injury or death. It's a self defeating act. It nullifies what we say we stand for.
I WOULD TAKE 1,000 BULLETS AND STABS TO SAVE HER.
"I wish I was watching"

// it's all about feelings // --- yes that's true w/next speaker too, I'm a Christian, my vote doesn't reflect on me as a cn (or sim)...... The eyes of the world are upong us today ...... this bill will not save Terri, ...it will affect all of us.... I HAD TO PULL THE TUBE FROM MY FATHER __________ we've never had a problem w/the (current) bill as it stands.... right now the way this reads, my living will and evedryone else's is worthless bc does not deal w/sustenance and hydration.
this dictates to the courts what the courts will decide. when theres a disagreement, the courts will decide to keep hydration and sustenance in place.
......
AHA! THE CRUX: "I had to do the tube-pulling out of my father."
Yep, a self professed death merchant
A person who doesn't understand Matthew 25:31-40....
Another CINO.
Senator opposed: "This bill won't save Terri ... it will just complicate existing law." Confuses the issue. Will vote against.
and frankly, I don't believe Sen. Wilson.. not for a minute..
Lynn: "This doesn't save Terri's life, but puts all of US in jeopardy who have living wills...it will also make us have more legal action." Wow! The DeathMongers are passionate about killing Terri, aren't they? It's not so much "let her die," as "she must die."
Yeah, but it would take over a year for the gator to finish eating him.
Blah blah blah blah....what happened to being brief to get this moving along? This woman on now is going on and on and on and on.......
I am having a hard time seeing how it will help Terri myself, does anyone see HOW it will help?
