St. Francis Catholic worker Lana Jacobs (R) is arrested by Pinellas Park, Florida police officers and is handcuffed by Pinellas Park Sheriff deputies for trespassing. Jacobs tried to take a bottle of water into the Woodside Hospice for Terri Schiavo in Pinellas Park, Florida on March 22, 2005. Schiavo, the brain-damaged woman who resides at the Hospice had her feeding tube removed last Friday, March 18, 2005 by a court order. REUTERS/Rick Fowler
The president will see to it she is helped.
I said she could swallow, I didn't say she could chew bread. Ever heard of ensure? How about jello? Broth?
Think a 1,000 bottles of water carried by a 1,000 people.........delievered at the same time.....
Your facts are irrelevant here. Now, you better post something about how sad you are or you will be in trouble!!!
>>this is a joke, right? maybe a gas chamber would have been more efficient?
If she has no brain, no feeling, no conscience, and no soul, then what difference would it make? You can't have it both ways. Either starving her to death is cruel and unusual punishment or she has the same status as a potted plant. Which is it for you?
On Sunday, there were four people taking her BREAD & WATER.
They intended to FEED her BREAD & WATER.
Not sure, I coppied and pasted. Maybe abbr. for "right" as in right side? Just a guess.
#188..OK
I was going to craft a response, but i'm speechless, and that can only be because it merits none.
At some point in life, people make a choice between light and darkness. What is extraordinary here is the confluence of people of darkness who are in agreement that this woman must die, and that these people are in "authority" by the will of the people.
She swallows a liter and 1/2 of saliva a day........without choking....
I don't know, but I do know there will two more this Friday, Saturday and Sunday!
Thank you, well said.
Please produce a document that supports your contention that Terri cannot swallow.
I'm a tenacious beotch and will continue asking you until you answer.
A descendant of Jacob, or one grafted in through marriage. And she's even identified as the one on the right...
"I hope there is karma and Michael pays every day of his miserable life for this."
We all are guilty before God. The evil we are seeing in Michael, so too is how God sees the disgust of OUR sinful hearts before God.
Something better than karma is offered all of us: 2000 years ago this very week Jesus Christ bore our due punishment Himself, and although innocent of sin, was put to death on the cross on our behalf.
Only those who believe this action was FOR THEM are given new life, with God coming inside us to live. God in us enables us to love. Michael can't love, because He does not know Christ. He CAN only choose evil.
The Lord tells all of us to repent of our evil, and trust in Jesus Christ's love and forgiveness.
It is amazing that this is happening during the Holy Week. Below is the reading for the Sixth Station of the Cross:
The Sixth Station of the Cross:
Veronica wipes Jesus' face
He who welcomes you welcomes me; and he who welcomes me, welcomes him who sent me. And I promise that whoever gives a cup of cold water will not want for a reward.
A woman named Veronica
kindly washed your face with a towel.
Such a simple thing!
A towel, a cup of water, a loving word.
By your meeting with Veronica, Lord,
help us value such small things,
so great when given in your name.
.....I want to believe he meant well.
Well, do you think they arrested her on some trumped up charge? I'm sure this woman is not on a pre-approved visitation list, which means she's probably guilty of criminal trespassing.
