And what if she wanted to divorce the creep but mysteriously collapsed before she could?
Blaming Terri because her "husband" wants her dead is one of the most vile things I've seen.
Pure BS.
Hmmm, guess in your opinion Teri's only 'family' is her husband. Guess if Teri were your daughter, you would no longer be considered her family? Her 'family' includes her biological parents and brother and sister, don't they? They have pleaded and begged and invited any intervention from any source possible.
Guess when it's convenient to say it's a 'family matter' you really only mean the one side of the 'family that agrees with you......
Do you know why Michael S. didn't bring to anyone's attention Terri's "wishes" "not to live this way" until after his seven years of working to get insurance money "to take care of her forever." Seems a mite strange to me that he forgot her wishes throughout that seven years. How about you, and your keen legal mind?
Look what I found on eBay:

Unbelieveable!
So by Jotmo's logic, It's Laci's fault she was with a jerk.....
how nice to be able to predict the future
The coup has already occurred. The judiciary no longer is afraid of us seeing who is in control because the other two branches of gov't are no threat to their rule and neither are the sheeple.
Yeah. He didn't follow the standard of...judge the case on merits, but arrive at the decision the suit does have merit, then provide injunctive relief. He followed the law as written, but not the law as intended. And Congress could not have gotten passed the law as intended because it is so blatantly a power grab. They had to at least couch it in reasonable terms, but by using those reasonable terms they watered it down.
Yeah,he was great, wasn't he? He very often channels the Old Testament prophets. I think he's terrific, the only talker who advocates action and is not still overly invested in the Theatre of the Absurd courts maybe stumbling on the right result while this woman dies an excruciating death.
One of her best friends was on Greta last night and she said that she and Terri were making plans to move in together and that Terri was very unhappy in her marriage. She also talked a lot about how controlling Michael was with Terri, checking the mileage on her car when she went places, etc.

He remembered because Florida law changed and allowed heresay. He had the money and now he had the last word.
NO, having been around Ebay a long time, I wouldn't say it's unbelievable, but it is gross.
No one said it did. This is silly hyperbole. He does have the right to speak for her when she is unable to do so herself.
It has been said that Terri was going to leave him.
Conjecture and rumor. She didn't leave him, or even begin legal proceedings to do so. If that were the case, I WOULD AGREE WITH YOU. She didn't. End of argument.
The Schindlers didn't ASK for a de novo examination. A judge can only rule on the motions actually submitted.
DESPICABLE...I'd like to shove it up that person's butt and inject rat poisoning.
HA! Have you noticed how the MSM, in addition to lying about the evidence in this case (they will constantly refer to Terri as PVS, when it's quite debatable whether she is or not) are trying desparately to re-focus attention on the Bread and Circuses of the JackAss trial??
Holy moly! This is just someone selling a replica, right... sort of as a "joke"?
As I understand this, this means he can only rule on what the Plaintiffs, i.e. Gibbs, presented. Thus, the fault rests with Gibbs for not making a more compelling case.
