Nurse,Carla, that took care of Terri on Laura Ingraham. "We found evidence of needle marks on Terri's, concealed insulin needle in the garbage". Michael obviously tired to kill her with the door closed and locked, he tried it five times, this is a law enforcement case, where is law enforcement?
Did she save this as evidence?
If not, it won't matter.

U.S. District Judge James Whittemore (search) said Bob and Mary Schindler (search) had not established a "substantial likelihood of success" at trial on the merits of their arguments.
Judge Whittemore also found that Schiavo's due process rights had been upheld throughout the litigation process.In the ruling, Whittemore said there were issues concerning the constitutionality of the law Congress passed over the weekend, but he presumed the act to be constitutional for the basis of the request for an injunction that would have ordered the feeding tube reconnected. Whittemore wrote that Schiavo's "life and liberty interests" were protected by the process of the Florida courts. He also found that a state court judge did not compromise the fairness of the proceeding or the impartiality of the court with his decision to allow the feeding tube to be removed. "Even under these difficult and time strained circumstances, however, and notwithstanding Congress' expressed interest in the welfare of Theresa Schiavo, this court is constrained to apply the law to the issues before it," the ruling reads.

I suspect that is true. As a practicing Catholic, I'm fairly sure she did not want to be creamated either, but, again, MS doesn't give a rip about her, her wishes, or her faith.

Hammesfahr was on Hannity last night he is a Nobel Prize nominee in the field of brain injuries and was not paid for his diagnosis according to what he said last night.

If the 11th Circuit has agreed to hear this case, that sure tells me they'd like to weigh in. I would also think that their assesment is not likely to be in agreement with Whittemore. If they are meeting within moments, I appreciate their swiftness indeed.
Aside: The outcome of this matter will have heavy ramifications for all three branches of our government. I pray God will let Terri live to tell it!

One thing the federal judge and the federal courts will NOT be looking at in this case is whatever part of the records Greer destroyed when he received the subpoena for them. Don't believe me? That is what Sensenbrenner was so frosted about when Greer ignored the subpoenas and he said so last Friday in one of the interviews he gave. (Hannity's radio show, I believe, but could have been Fox.) WHY would he do this? What is he hiding? Call me a conspiracy nut or Sensenbrenner a liar, but this stinks to high heaven.

It's extremely EXTREMELY unlikely she will get a reprieve.
Have faith, though. She is in God's hands, who spares not an ounce of love for her, nor an ounce of mercy for her persecutors - if they ask for it. Rest knowing that they will account for their actions one day, and that insurance settlement will not argue for the defendant, I guarantee.

This family has got to be stopped. The Schiavos are clearly motivated to kill and it has not been properly clarified in the courts. What were the ages of the parents and the circumstances of the starvations of the Schiavo parents?
