per Fox
Fortunately, he's got an intelligent woman to help him with his deficiency. :-)
The remainder of your post is a bunch of legalistic crap that says the court can subjectively decide to keep someone alive or condemn them to death, and it assumes a vegetative state, a fact that is clearly in dispute in light of recent public coverage of Terri. The court is clearly out of its jurisdiction here, as the court has no right to deny Terri her right to life.
I am no lawyer, but this much is very clear to me after your explaination.
not only that but msnbc had a banner on their screen saying that Terri's been in a coma...
is that the truth?
or an outright lie?
LOL thanks!
That's true. I don't want to sound like one of those "end of times" lunatics, but my husband and I were talking last night about this. With all the craziness going on in the world ie; tsunami's, etc. makes me wonder if Terri could be the martyr?
I mean, if we have stooped so low as to not value the life of a disabled, but otherwise, healthy person, it is very sad.
I still like that book bonfire idea! ;-)
Michael is wily. His behavior totally contradicts his sworn testimony. He had had at least one affair by the time he swore in court (during one of the malpractice investigations) that he honored his vows to Terri.
IF Terri feels no pain and Terri can't think,
then why is Michael Schiavo trying to put her out of her "misery"?
Serial philanderers should not get life and death control over the lives of their wives.
BTW, Is Claus von Bulow still Sunny von Bulow's guardian?
Go to Terri's site at http://www.terrisfight.org, and click on timeline on the left side, scroll down and you will see all kinds of facts that lead to foul play on the part of her husband.
People have no power any more -- they have ceded it to the all-knowing judiciary. They think, "if the judge says so, it must be right."
Clearly I am upset.
Correction:
the unborn, the informed and now THIS.
the unborn, the INFIRMED and now THIS.
That's unbelievable.
These Democrats and their judges are barbaric.
We needed that back during the Reagan years when we might have turned things around. We didn't get it and with the additional 8 yrs. of Clinton, we have crossed the mountain and are far down the other side. I had hopes that George Bush could remedy the situation, but after looking at this and what it has exposed, it doesn't matter who he appoints to the courts. The war has been won and the people who remember what we used to be will be dying soon.
You mean that the court appointed guardians would not allow her to be examined? Is this really what you are saying?
Does anyone know how we contact Micheal Schiavo?
Does anyone know how many protestors are outside the hospice today?
Sorry, but I am legally ignorant. I thought everyone had the right to pursue happiness and life, guess that changed somewhere along the line.
One of the problems in the Tampa-St. Petersburg metro area is the total corruption of "law enforcement" there. Those Republican sheriffs in Pinellas County have been especially corrupt even if they did not personally steal a nickel.
Now be very careful ContemptofCourt ~ this is an emotional case/thread and we don't need anyone being realistic ~ the conspiracy theory fantasy lander's are on a roll and will not listen to anything that resembles the truth. *sigh*
Get rid of your "boyfriend". You will have nothing but heartache with this guy.

Wrong.. We have the power to vote for CONSERVATIVE people who will APPOINT CONSERVATIVE Judges.
