Michael, his brother, his brother's wife claim that.
The judge ruled them credible.

TWO of Terri's friends, who were also there, state the exact opposite. The Judge Ruled them NOT CREDIBLE because they didn't say what the JUDGE wanted on the record.

That doctor has been nominated for a Nobel Prize for his successes with brain damaged persons! But according to the lying Wexler sh!tpile, no one that has spent any time with Terri believes she has any cognition! Uh, ten or eleven hours with Terri doesn't qualift with Wexler, et al of the Serial killing empowerment party.

The reasonable man concept applies whenever a case is being decided on the facts in the area of tort liability.

This case is different because it is about the fundamental question of whether Terri had expressed a clear and convincing intent to forego life saving measures in the absence of a "living will."

The United States Supreme Court has held that person has the so-called "right to die" where there is clear and convincing evidence that the person has expressed that desire in the form of a living will....or some other reasonable demonstration of that intent.

In this case, the real question is whether there was ever any express demonstration of her wishes. The facts are in dispute.

In my belief, there is a lack of "clear and convincing" evidence that she expressed an intention to have life preserving methods withheld from her. The Florida courts seemingly bought into Michael Schiavo's testimony that Terri had expressed that desire to him verbally.

Her parents, on the other hand, claim differently. The facts are in dispute. Therefore, there is a lack of clear and convincing evidence that she expressed the desire to have lifesaving measures withheld.

Unfortunately, legal procedure is not geared to reopen the case. If, there is any chance to have this case overturned, it would be on the grounds that the state court abused its discretion in finding the so-called "clear and convincing evidence" that Terri expressed her wishes to die.

No.

I will state again the words of Rushmore...

SHCIAVO'S HUSBAND'S RIGHTS DO NOT SUPERCEDE TERRI'S RIGHTS AS A HUMAN BEING!!!!!!!

The HINO's testimony that Terri would want to die is speculation!

I find it peculiar that if Terri had this opinion that nobody outside of Michael's immediate family ever heard it expressed. Gee, it seems like she would have expressed it to her birth family or best friends. Hmmmmm.... Peculiar...

I just called the 11th Circuit and told them that Terri is "fading quickly".

They said the matter is before the court now.

I have read that MS will have her creamated as soon as she dies without any memorial service or burial. Sounds like Reno/Clinton administration doing away with evidence at the killing at Waco.

There are just no words....I go from being furious to sobbing and begging God to save her. I wish Bush and congress had just not done anything if they're unable to save Terri. Too much hope just makes the despair so much worse.

I beg to differ, and if you can provide some substantiation for your assertion I would be glad to read it. The chief executive cannot simply order Terri removed from the hospice, for example.

OF course the HINO will cremate Terri while she is still warm, adding the final insult to injury!

You are correct that Schiavo is still her husband in the eyes of God

NO, God has turned his head to this marriage.

He is her husband in the eyes of the LAW, would be a correct statement.

I'm sure that they stopped feeding Terri several days before they removed the feeding tube. Michael wasn't going to take any chances this time around.

They would not do that. The reason is that Terri's parents could sue the Hospice.

First They Came for the Jews
First they came for the Jews
and I did not speak out
because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for the Communists
and I did not speak out
because I was not a Communist.
Then they came for the trade unionists
and I did not speak out
because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for me
and there was no one left
to speak out for me.

I have heard many hospice horror stories such as you recounted. A hospice is where you go to die. One way or another.

Interesting -- too bad none of the media have picked up on it? Can you document it to forward to Fox, Rush, Ingraham?

"A wife belong to her husband, just a husband belongs to his wife. THAT is Biblical."Unless one of the spouses commits adultery. Look it up.

Secularly speaking, he broke his contract with his wife.
