I haven't seen the post, but I DID see congressman King (from Iowa i think) on Fox `n Friends, saying some VERY specific things about Michael and 'Terri's money', and it DID very much sound like congress or the feds had started a detailed investigation.

I can't look up exactly what he said right now, but he said something like~~
~~Michael had a little more than $2 million dollars from various settlements for Terri, he spent about $2 million on lawyers or other things, and possibly as much as $200K, or possibly as little as $100K on Terri's care~~

It seems like Michael and Greer's racketeering scam might soon be crashing down, and either or both of them could do prison-time.

I would suggest Michael have a 3rd party contact Gloria Allred again to try to get that $1million re-tendered briefly (possibly even secretly), then Michael could save face, pretend to be the hero, take the $1million, and give up Terri to the Schindlers. I would BET if he did this, all the felony charges being contemplated against him and Greer would just evaporate.

I heard that too. I think it was $200k total he said was spent on Terri. It was a good comparison $2 million on lawyers and $200 thousand on Terri.

Thanks, I'll see what I can scare up in Google about Congressman King. As for that million dollar offer to MS, that'll never fly. Surely Felos has explained to him how expensive it could get to defend himself if he goes off the reservation of the Death Cult. In fact he could probably write up a plausible bill already, showing Michael that he (Felos) is owed way over a million already. And why should he forgive that debt if MS isn't cooperating with him? Plus if MS is promised by the AG of FL that he won't be prosecuted, what about the US AG? What about people as annoyed with them as Tom DeLay is? ("Felos=personification of evil...I don't care WHAT the husband says.") MS would still need quite a lot of legal counsel---and bodyguards. A million just isn't enough. What if Medicaid sues him for Terri's care? While he's awaiting trial, while Jodi is paying the mortgage somehow, and Felos is attaching his assets, even his book and movie rights? These are just a few of the facts of life that Felos must have told Michael by now. Bottom line, it's no good at all if you're in jail and it's not enough to keep you out of every possible jail.
