Ask the president to use his Constitutionally legal option of writing an executive order to get Terri to a hospital.

The judge can then take his time in making his decision.

One thing that I don't understand is, when the family is discussing M... like tonight on Hannity.
They haven't brought up the point that he intends to cremate her immediately after she dies.
To destroy the evidence no doubt.

How can we get the family to talk of this?

If I didn't know anything about her, and heard this point raised about anybody...........my antenna would pop up.

Yes; Dr. Hammesfahr is not only an expert in his field, but he has spent the MOST TIME EXAMINING TERRI. He knows Terri's capabilities, the best. The other doctors spent, at most, 45 minutes to 2 hours, I believe, with Terri.

That is what impressed me about him. He spent the time and did a very thorough report on Terri. He and Maxfield are heroes.

Because, WE ARE THE GOVERNMENT. We made the Constitution. Our Constitution protects the RIGHT TO LIFE.

I have thought that for a long time, but I think they are first concerned with getting terri back with them and removing the loser as guardian and once that is done, they will have access to records and will maybe be able to at least sue him in a civil court...depending on the evidence they have

Some think it's no use because the president can't do this, but he CAN. Presidents since Washington have all written executive orders for a variety of things. He could write an executive order to get her in a hospital. That action would not prevent the judge from mulling this over for another week!

But he's not likely to - unless the people begin calling and emailing him about it. It would be a bold move, but well within his Constitutional powers. He would be providing much-needed balance to a run-amuck judiciary.

It sounds like a good idea. We have to try EVERYTHING.

As a matter of fact, though I didn't do what you just suggested, last week I called President Bush's comment line 202-456-1414, and said that if Clinton's Janet Reno could get Elion for a bad reason, why can't the president rescue Terri for a good reason.
