No, they just want to stay away from unproven allegations against the HINO. They aren't necessary even though everyone with a say in the matter is aware of them.

Ok, now after hearing the family...my thoughts, which are worse than I even anticpated at first...
my understanding is that Terri did collapse in 1990, they don't know why... at that time there was no bone fractures or anything showing, then after she was already brain damaged, and they scanned again, then it showed the fractures and trauma, and that is unexplainable...could it be (and someone tell me if I misunderstood what the schindlers said)that Michael tried to kill Terri AFTER she got this way, after he saw that she would not be the same anymore and of course shacked up with someone else, and now wanted her to die? This would be even more heinous....to try and beat to death or kill a disabled person???? HE IS SICK
Attorney Barbara Weller wrote about it, yes, her account was posted here yesterday. Maybe in the big thread #2? I will look around.
Even the Nazi's had to come up with a better method of killing people by gunfire, it was to hard on the troops.

No. WE will pay and pay big for allowing the judiciary THROUGH OUR SILENCE TONIGHT to run over the executive and legislative branches.
We could be calling the president, but we're all on this board whining.
People are sounding weak-willed like they can do nothing more and people are making excuses saying the executive and legislative bodies can do nothing else for Terri.

There's a saying that people can't abuse you unless you let them. Well, we're all allowing this by not continuing to apply pressure on the executive and legislative branches of our government.
We're all kissing their toes because the president flew to Washington and the legislature weighed in - but there is MORE they could be doing as Terri wastes away.
The liberal news media is trying to scare us into thinking the executive and judicial branches have run amuck, when the truth is that the judiciary has become tyrannical!
We need to stay focused people and contact the president!
