Judge Greer admitted about week and half ago he made an error in his ruling but he would not change his ruling. If this were a criminal case it would automatically get a new trial.

Pretty much the case. The wheelchair broke a long time ago and hino refused to get it fixed. But outside in the fresh air and sunshine - you've got to be kidding. Of course hino won't allow that. My gosh someone might see her turn her head to follow a bird in flight or lower he head to smell a flower and we can't have that! That'd blow his whole case out of the water. Ever wonder why he doesn't even allow birthday cards, stuffed animals, plants or a tv in her room? Total lack of stimulation.

Both President Bush and Gov. Jeb Bush could intervene and stop the toruture. If Terri had been a convicted criminal or an illegal alien, you better believe she would have recieved all kinds of assistance.

I know, you'd think more people would pick up on it, but we've become a nation of little thinking.

There was a woman today that had just heard about Terri the last couple days. I tried filling her in on the facts, but she looked at me like I off my rocker because it's all too outlandish. She's not the only one who doesn't want to believe the facts - but she's a veggie, but her husband loves her, blah, blah, blah. Thankfully, a couple of my students I talked to about this last year came to me today and asked about Terri so there is hope for the next generation.

November 21, 2003, deposition (excerpts) taken from Dr. Walker, a board-certified radiologist at Manatee Memorial Hospital.

Michael Schiavo filed to stop Dr Walker from testifying. The link is down right now but it exists.
