What he said is so true.
Wish this current judge would consider that...
Woo Hoo! Whatshisface on FOX My Word! Michael is just hubby until he can kill Terri. Not married. Has another woman and kids. Now if only he'd said this a few years ago, and other talking heads had said the same to the public, Terri wouldn't be in that bed now.
That is it, its not just tears for Terri, though that is reason enough. It is tears for a great nation that seems to lack leadership. I love W and Jeb but we do need men to step up and say " ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!"
"Terri's family files objections to Schiavo's guardian plan (Guardianship Case - November 4, 2004)"
THIS IS THE SECTION OF THE BILL REGARDING PROCEDURES...A MUST READ!!!!!
SEC. 2. PROCEDURE.
Any parent of Theresa Marie Schiavo shall have standing to bring a suit under this Act. The suit may be brought against any other person who was a party to State court proceedings relating to the withholding or withdrawal of food, fluids, or medical treatment necessary to sustain the life of Theresa Marie Schiavo, or who may act pursuant to a State court order authorizing or directing the withholding or withdrawal of food, fluids, or medical treatment necessary to sustain her life. In such a suit, the District Court shall determine de novo any claim of a violation of any right of Theresa Marie Schiavo within the scope of this Act, notwithstanding any prior State court determination and regardless of whether such a claim has previously been raised, considered, or decided in State court proceedings. The District Court shall entertain and determine the suit without any delay or abstention in favor of State court proceedings, and regardless of whether remedies available in the State courts have been exhausted.
Besides getting away with murder, it sounds like she's been tortured all these years.
If I were her parents, I would have killed HINO by now.
FURIOUS.....
I don't get Judy W. She has a severely disabled child (spina bifida). She didn't have her child killed.
If these two documents are authentic, then you guys are right. Yes, give me more links - maybe with the whole story?
good post!
I haven't had time to read everything, but from what I just heard on the news, the constitutional crisis continues. God help our nation.
What Michael has done to Terri is criminal. It's unlawful to even treat a dog the way he's treated her.
Are the Bush brothers good-hearted weenies?
Ok, it was reported on Fox that the Judge said that Terri has survived before even after 6 days, so she thinks she has time....
I can relate to your frustration. False imprisonment is a crime in Florida and MS and the hospice should both be charged.
Most people love life and what they say now might not actually be what they would do if they did become disable.
It's very cruel what's been done to Terri and even more cruel and unjust that it's going unprosecuted.
Let A.Pole alone. They want info.
Theordore and many of you.....you're getting it! Yes.....the president CAN do more and the question is this:
WHY doesn't someone in the other two branches stop acting like the judge is king?
The president can make an executive order to save Terri's life and give her what she is needing now - and so let this corrupt judge contemplate his naval all night long.
President Bush could intervene with executive order to get federal marshals in to transfer her to another facility - and let the judge take as long as he wants.
He would break NO law in doing so. It's one of the powers granted the president by the Constitution of the U.S. and so far, he's not using it.
And an innocent woman is dehydrating to death with each passing night.
Whoa! I accept the possibility that I was misinformed. I did not follow this issue closely and I trusted the two conservative radio talk show hosts when they said that she is in vegetative state for many years.
