Also today, a Senator spoke in reference to that type of scenario. He said they are duty-bound to make laws that have to deal with people and the Constitution and how it affects us, individually. He then gave an example of another bill, in the works, that has to do with 2 reporters, in jail, because there's no federal protection as regards to their charges.....2 people they are making a bill for.
The senator who spoke is a lawyer; I can't remember his name. But he was very clear in explaining the Legislation's DUTY. He said, also, if they are "not allowed" to make laws, as concerns the citizenry, then their jobs are no job, "they might as well go home."
My God...my head hurts and my stomach aches.
I noticed this morning, during the 10am segment, that the woman host shouted down a pro-Schiavo guest with lies about the money Mike Schiavo got having benn spent on her care, when I understand that most of it has gone on lawyers, and the taxpayers are paying for Terri's care.
so he has no more impetus to step in with force than his brother does...great.. because obviously saving a human life isn't enough of a motive..

I think what the bill passing in the senate and likely the house late tonight will mean Terri gets her feeding tube back, but is it to late because of the fever? I hope and pray I'm wrong! They are spreading, as gospel truth, all the lies promulgated by Michael Schaivo, George Felos, and George Greer....those whose credibility and motives are in question....those same folks who have criminal allegations made against each one of them, as pertains to Terri, and other matters, i.e., Medicare Fraud, Election Fraud, breaking Florida laws as pertains to the roles/duties of a Guardian, and more.

I stopped listening to their lies 2 years ago, although if I'm on my brother's house and he has Fox on, I'll watch and listen, but only to know what lies and misinformation it is spreading. It's good to know what the enemy is doing and saying. I now get the news from the Net, Conservative talk radio and from books.

it's not absurd.. he does have the power to take terri into protective custody..and he hasn't.. you either make a move to save a life or you don't.. pretty freaking simple.. personally I'd trash my political career to save a life.. but that's just me.

Yes, it is; yes, it is. Anything Fox says anymore, I no longer believe. They're no better than the alphabet channels, I have learned. They're getting more like them as the months go by.
I'm sure he is not concerned about his political career. Anyone who knows the Bush family knows they are not political hacks or hogs.
How do you know what he has done or has not done? Are you there in his office? Do you have access to what he has done or hasn't done? Have you spoken to him on the phone? In person? Maybe you could inform the rest of us then.
