I think it is also illuminating to hear about Michael's testimony during the malpractice trial. I understand he testified at length about how he would care for Terri the rest of her life, the therapy she would need, and how she would live twenty or forty more years. Then once the award was made, he terminated therapy and "remembered" how she wanted to die. I wince every time I hear that she is "brain dead" or "on life support." This is not a respirator or a machine making her heart beat... this is a feeding tube, something many disabled adults and ill babies use. Since when is eating "life support"? If that is the standard, then watch parents withholding feeding tubes from disabled babies and children next. Or maybe not even feed them at all, what's the difference?
Take a break. A woman's life is at stake here. She's being murdered. Stop cheering for the murderers. That's sick.

It was just my observation and opinion.
Per someone on one of the newsy programs yesterday, the ex-husband got a legal settlement years ago. That settlement was based on the fact that he needed the $$$ to keep Teri alive, pay for hospital care and services, etc.
[I haven't kept up with the nuances of this case.]
To ignore not only the one who gave Terri live some 40 years ago (her parents) thier wishes and to ignore the people (who vote BTW) and the Congress of thye United States as well as the President AND the Governor of Florida just so that animal can shack up legallly whith that tramp and those ILLEGITIMATE BRATS! Is beyond the pail!
HE should be the one forced out of office!
