Here it is again- this has been a very long thread- Judge Greer ruled that Terri could not be fed by mouth because it constituted an "experimental procedure"

IN RE: THE GUARDIANSHIP OF THERESA MARIE SCHIAVO, Incapacitated.
MICHAEL SCHIAVO, Petitioner, Vs. ROBERT SCHINDLER and MARY SCHINDLER, Respondents. ORDER
THIS CAUSE came before the Court for hearing on March 7, 2005 on Respondents' Emergency Expedited Motion for Permission to Provide Theresa Schiavo with Food and Water by Natural Means after the assisted nutrition and hydration are discontinued. The Court heard the argument of Daniel C. Gibbs, III, Esq., for the Respondents, and of George J. Felos, Esq., foe the Petitioner.
Having also reviewed portions of declarations or affidavits of several doctors, which were submitted to the Court by Respondents, it has become clear that the motion is part and parcel of Respondents' Fla. R. Civ. P Rule 1.540(b)(5) motion of medical evaluations. The same declarations are being used for both motions and the motion appears to be an alternative pleading to the 1.540(b)(5) motion. Both are asking for an experimental procedure. The Court reasons that if the 1.540(b)(5) motion is granted, there is no need for this motion. If the 1/540(b)(5) motion is denied, the Court should not do indirectly what it has not done directly. It is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondents' Emergency Expedited Motion for Permission to Provide Theresa Schiavo with Food and Water by Natural Means is DENIED.
DONE AND ORDERED in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, this 8 day of March, 2005.

I, too, pray for all of us. what a slippery slope. I'm German. My people came from Austria. does no one understand what happened there? The horrors of the holocaust started out with just this kind of killing. They didn't just one day decide to round up the Jews. They first started with 80,000 Germans who were deemed "flawed. (social Darwinism) Look up the history of the castle at GRAFENICK where they murdered thousands for the drain they were on funds needed for the war effort. (Can the dwindling Medicare/Medicade funds bring that around again?) You betcha. State of MS just refused to fund Medicade. Be interested in the mortality rate of those insured by that in MS in the near future.

Interesting that he makes those statments to the media, I thought judges were not supposed to comment on cases. Furthermore, that issue wasn't before him this morning.
You are aware that Greer's rulings have been reviewed and approved by multiple judges and multiple courts, aren't you? Do you think it is helpful to create the impression that it is only one person making these decisions? If not, why do it?
Felos has Mastered the Satanic Art of Calling Good Evil, and evil Good, in Order to Muddle Up People's Minds, so they can't Think Properly on this Subject because of all the Cowdung he has Placed in their Minds. :(
Brain death only occurs when your brain cannot regulate your breathing and your heart rate.
Terri is on no life support, she breathes and beats without support.
The death by starvation and dehydration will render her organs unusable, they will be ruined.
Her death does not help anyone else.
Felos is making me ill on TV now. He keeps saying she wants to die. He actually wants us to think she wants to die of thirst and hunger.
He is comparing Congress to Hitler, etc. while actually supporting euthanasia like Mengele practiced.
If she dies immediately, that will really attract attention.
Who is Felos implying is playing the Stalin role?
